OK we all know that smoking tobacco daily or frequently over a long period of time is bad for the heart.
What about smoking herb? Does it to damage to the heart or is it a major contributor to heart disease like smoking or using tobacco is?
I know that when people smoke tobacco that they smoke it a lot more frequently and daily and smoke more than they would if they smoke herb daily unless you have really schwaggy herb or a very high tolerance.
In both cases you're inhaling burning carbon material which isn't good but at least pot gets you high.
I'm only asking about smoking herb, not vaporizing it or eating it. I know that if you have blood pressure problems or major heart problems how pot can give you a heart attack.
Are the effects of herb on the human heart something that we know very little about since we haven't done enough studies on how smoking herb effects the human body?
I'm not asking if it's safe to smoke herb if you have heart problems as I probably do not have any since my blood pressure is normal and I've seen a doctor and I did tell him I smoked and he did not find any heart problems with me but he did rather ignorantly assume that I smoked pot daily when I really only smoked it once a month or a few times a month.
I'm not going back to that doctor.
If this is in the wrong forum please move it I posted it here since it deals with herb and I didn't think it belonged in healthy living. I hope this post makes sense as I drank a bit before writing it.
