so i was lurking tonight and all of the sudden I see this and I am now thinking a lot of things. bummer.

Changed: there's no *good* reason for that. The real reason they went after BBB is because he's anti-War on Drugs and pro-entheogen use. I suspect he may end up getting in more legal trouble due to the fact that his site openly discusses entheogen use in connection with buying its products, which seems to indicate open acknowledgment that they were aware many of their customers had intent to consume. I know that is a biiiiig legal distinction with regards to the analog act. Not sure how it applies here. By US law it *should* be just as illegal to sell San Pedro as it is to sell Mescaline, or any DMT-containing plant as it is to sell DMT HCl. These laws aren't enforced because it would make the drug war look even dumber if most people realised just how many common plants are psychoactive.
@Changed: He doesn't personally think they should, he's saying that CAN. They just don't usually. They are doing it because it is obvious that he is selling these plants to people to get high on while Walmart is not.
