I still haven't came acrossed a straight answer. Some say it does some say it doesn't? Thanks in advance.
for the record i'm pretty sure all benzos are metabolized by 3a4, so yes, gfj would work.
Wrong, temazepam is not. Most benzos are, you are right, just not *all* of them.
If temazepam *was* boosted by WGFJ you know I'd be like PRAISE JESUS! :D
Alas...I save WGFJ for diazepam.

Whats temazepam metabolized by? 2d6?
It's metabolized by conjugation and demethylation. One metabolite, N-desmethyl temazepam, is only present in small quantities (7% I've read).
Not sure if they're inactive or not though I'm afraid![]()
OK let me get this straight....diazepam is potentiated by grapefruit juice right? And if so, whats the correct procedure, ie should the GFJ be taken about 20 mins before the diazepam? Or should the GFJ be taken after the diaz?
Also lorazepam (Ativan), does GFJ potentiate this benzo too?
Any advice/info most wewlcome,regards Levvytation![]()
Personal experience.. Kinda.. You have to drink the juice like thirty min before hand though. it gives me spectacular heart burn and really isnt worth chuggin a liter of Ruby red.... Just take two fuck it.
The following are metabolized by glucuronidation and are free of drug
interactions with inhibitors of CYP 3A4: lorazepam, temazepam, and
clorazepate

I know what you mean. I can't help you though as I have no benzo tolerance. One more thing, say I take 8mg of xanax is my regular dose, how much less xanax and how much grapefruit juice should I have to promlong my xannies. I just bought two grapefruits and I dont know how to use them to make my xannies last longer(as in having to take less xannax coz of the juice, not neccessarily to make the effects stronger)
Do you guys know what I mean?
