LOL asecin you don't know how stupid you sound. I'm sure the United Kingdom Tea Council would like to hear your findings. Oh wait, no they wouldn't, because they're bullshit! If you weren't totally braindead you would know that there are other health benefits to tea other than anti-oxidants (which also are true and exist).
Never have I heard the media hype the health benefits of tea. Obviously you're not a tea drinker, because any lifetime tea drinker can affirm the benefits of tea by their own experience. Drinking mint tea with chamomile to fall asleep? You sir are the fail. Mint has the opposite effect of chamomile, it stimulates the mind. The health effects of various herbal teas are well noted.
