I can vouch that over a gram per night for multiple nights per week can have a strain on my heart. I notice it when working out, at work, or just plain trying to go to sleep. This stuff is great at 1 g or less, and no more than once a week, or once every two weeks to be safe. Any comsumption at all might not be safe, but kept at low doses, and by spreading out my usage, I haven't encountered any of the problems I used to get when I first started using last year.
