and cups of tea with 1 and a half sugars...mmmm...but maybe thats caffiene and thats a drug, so not sure if that counts!

so many other things, and i mean addition in the loosest sense...

Number one addiction for me would be music.
I always have my Ipod and Headphones with me when I leave my flat.
If I can't listen to music during the day the day automatically turns shit.
 
Downloading the entire internet because I can't help it, Regal King Size (i know, i know it's nicotine), French vanilla coffee & without doubt music.
 
Tea also =D

I have an all rounded addictive personality 8) that shifts around the oddest of things :\ Currently got issues with carpet stains and a psychotic obsessive thingy with an online filing system at work :| Then there's budgeting and chocolate and.....

My sex addiction spell was much better fun :!

I'm addicted to Bluelight! Although I have been visiting BLA this past week so haven't been on much but fucking the help group off and getting high again!

I'm addicted to any game I get when it first comes out, Redbull, like actually Redbull, I can have other energy drinks and / or caffiene but it won't even scratch away the craving for a Redbull. I even buy the stuff by the crate from Cosco (that's a warehouse for people who are unsure). It's the same thing as needing a cup of tea in the morning, I just need a cup of tea in the morning. People will be reading this, thinking that thet are ready to press the quote button and correct me and say 'actually there is caffiene in tea so that's what the addiction is'.... Nope!!!! Even if I drink Coffee or another hot dring in tea's replacement, it just doesn't quite do it for me.

There are probably a few more small ones too. :)
 
Food, masturbation and picking my arms/scalp/face/whatever.

The tops of my arms are really fucked up from where I repeatedly squeeze the little lumps on them. Their not quite spots but that white shit that comes out of spots also seems to come from these, I sometimes spend hours just going up and down them hoping to squeeze some shit out of a random spot, and then they tend to get infected so by the next day theres more shit to squeeze back out.

Proper spots are the best though, gotta love that feeling when it bursts. Mmmmmmmm
Anyone else out there that loves this?

If only it were that easy! "Actually officer, its not a drug, it's a powder"... Or this cannabis isn't a drug; it's a plant! We all know drugs are horrible synthethic things created THE MAN, not lovely natural plants.

internet (not just porn) is the one thing that seems to me like an addiction.. fine when I don't have it but if its there it keeps me up all night
