is this an efficient way to do heroin? what is the bioavailability plugged? i have never plugged before but want to try but i am not sure if heroin will do anything plugged so will it?

i watched a documentary about methods of drug use and they said plugging is as dangerous as IV'ing cuz of certain blood vessells in the rectum that will obsorb the substance almost instantly.. and there r documented cases of death by imbibing alchohol thru the rectum..just food for thought..

^ Yup. Rectal dosing comes on hard and fast for most drugs (don't know about heroin but probably not so much as it's a pro-drug) and will put you on your flat on yer arse and even kill. Rectal dosing for smack doesn't seem all that great compared to some other opiates (again, morphine is the obvious one) but will definitely hit pretty hard due to the very high BA.

PS: I read of one guy who plugged a ridiculous amount (over a litre ) of wine or sherry and died. People greatly underestimate the BA and strength of rectal dosing but it's not the best option for everything. Most things maybe, in my experience, but not quite everything.

The reason is so particulary dangerous rectally is that high levels of alcohol orally usually cause vommiting before dangerous toxic BAC is reached, with rectal the fast absorption,lack of ability to vomit up the alcohol, and the that one cannot really accurately gauge the dose (unlike oral alcohol where you can easily maintain a desired buzz), makes it quite dangerous. But rectal isn't as fast as IV.

Some dangers include:

• Introducing foreign bacteria into the bowel with the associated problems that can cause
• Tearing of the bowel wall (pretty uncommon though with careful insertion)
• A bleed in the rectum can introduce bacteria to the blood stream and cause sepsis

IV administration, when done properly, is actually one of the safest ways to introduce a sustances into the body.

Sorry to bump a kid-of old thread. But does anyone know the sort of doses for plugged heroin? If you say you knoew how much to snort, what would work plugged?

75% of the insufflated dose? 50%? Less?

i would try around 50-75% of ur normal dose just so you get a feel for it and see how it affects you the first time.
