NEWS : 1.11.09 - Legal drugs spark a boom in pill popping

The best HBWR seeds I've had are easily on par with LSD in terms of the psychedelic effects - not quite as visual though. The bodyload is still pretty rough though, my advice is to induce vomiting about two hours after consumption - makes the rest of the trip a lot more comfortable.

Some people react differently. I've had bad stomach cramps every time I have done it with the exception of the last batch of extract I did.
The cramps and nausea are insanely bad if I don't extract, had some cramping on extract, but the extract is nowhere near as trippy as the seeds alone.
I wouldn't use it anymore except if I was trying to make a DXM really really trippy. I don't bother with the 'legal' highs any more because they fuck up my stomach and I would rather pills or weed.
 
Many of these products contain a lot more than caffeine and some will in fact get you high.
 
Accidentally used 20 HBWR seeds in a brownie mix once. 6+ hours of schizophrenic psychobabble hell topped off with my body being partially paralyzed, projectile diarrhea, and vomiting.
Took a while to get over that experience :)
 
Why the f**k are you guys vomiting from this stuff? Where the hell are you getting your product from?

The product my friends have ingested have never caused any nausea full stop when properly prepared. How are you preparing your HBWR?
 
Sorry to drag this off topic but to the people who take HBWR seeds & complain of horrible nausea and throwing up everywhere why the hell dont you just do a CWE with 12-15 seeds? Every time i have done a CWE with HBWR seeds its been a nice clean trip with very little nausea & cardiovascular issues.


Also just because these pills are legal how does that equate to them not being drugs? Sure these pills are most likely shitty from what i can tell as ive never tried them before i cant comment but at the end of the day they are still drugs.

This is just not true. While there are a lot of crappy "legal" products on the market that wont get you high, there are a lot of very potent drugs that are just not scheduled yet.
 
Those are some of the most euphoric commonly available street drugs on the market. That doesnt mean that this stuff wont get you high. Amanita mushrooms WILL get you high as fuck. Maybe higher than Cubensis, but a different and even stranger high.

I wonder how long it will be before Kratom is made illegal.

For the novices out there...

Please be careful if you plan on taking Amanita Muscaria.

Although a correctly identified Amanita Muscaria poses little or no threat to humans, the genus Amanita is responsible for 90% of all mushroom poisonings.

It is wise not to fuck around with this genus and to really know your shit if you wish to hunt for this mushroom in the field.

Potency varies GREATLY between mushrooms from the same patch. I have witnessed a friend dose 30 dry grams with full effects and also the same amount with little to no effect.

With the right precautions they can be enjoyed fairly safely

LEGAL STATUS

Psychoactive Amanitas are not listed in most drug laws because of their low incidence of recreational use. Psychoactive Amanitas and their active chemicals are not listed in the United Nations Drug Control treaties.

Australia #
A. muscaria somewhat controlled for importation (requires listing on forms if an active ingredient in an imported supplement or herbal preparation - 1990 no 394 "therapeutic goods regulations"). Muscimol may be a controlled substance in Australia, or it may have only been in a proposed bill, we can't tell.
Belgium #
We have been told that A. muscaria mushrooms are officially listed as being "of interest" in Belgium, but are currently not controlled. (unconfirmed) (thanks W)

Effective Aug 8, 2005 (signed into law Jun 28, 2005) Louisiana Act No 159 makes 40 plants illegal, including Amanita muscaria, when intended for human consumption. The law specifically excludes the "possession, planting, cultivation, growing, or harvesting" of these plants if used "strictly for aesthetic, landscaping, or decorative purposes." Tennessee #
