[Combo Subthread] LSD & Cocaine

i guess to me mdma is stronger then coke, not because of its directly stimulating effects, but due to the strength of the feeling and the fact it lasts far longer than coke. i would imagine coke would be much harder to feel on acid, because coke to me it a much more subtle feeling.

mdma was a bad example, perhaps mephedrone would be a better one?

however, i would stay away from both mdma and coke while on acid....to me its pointless

acid is one of those things you shouldn't have to combine with anything because it speaks for itself


unless of course that substance is Ketamine
 
I mixed LSD, Cocaine, and glass Opium once. I enjoyed it, but I know damn well that I would not have if not for the opium (it was quite potent).

I have also (all on different occasions) mixed LSD with Cannabis, Salvia Divinorum, Morphine, Secobarbital, and Mescaline. LSD mixed with anything is likely to improve the effects of the other substance, yet like I said before, LSD is the perfect drug all by itself.

Agreed that LSD is essentially perfect alone and needs no partner to shine. That doesn't mean that combos are without value though - at least not to me. Have to give a thumbs up to opium + acid - divine combo <3

Kracks: Meph is definitely a better example of one to avoid on acid. For me it has far more in common with coke than MDMA - short-acting, fiendish and feels "false". I have combined meph with Lucy and it isn't a good combo, in my opinion. I'd say it's not a million miles away from coke + acid at all.

Oddly enough, meph + 2C-I was an excellent combo which is kinda counter-intuitive as both are somewhat jittery and overstimulating for me. They seem to balance each other somehow and produce a dreamy, chilled, euphoric state. Doubt it's too good for you though :|
 
opium and any psychedelic is a must - especially K - WOW what a combo - also much more addictive then either substances alone...i like to take a 1-2 hits (a really small dose) between large k doses to enhance the dissociation

i never took opium on acid, but did codeine, and felt it made the trip alot easier, but took away something, im not sure what though. i was unable to nod out i remember and felt warm and fuzzier

as for mephedrone...i'm not sure what to think about it, but i felt it less stimulating then coke and more lovey, but as i said on acid you have euphoria and stimulation, so why take a euphoric stimulant? lol...

knowing me though, at the time when i was doing acid, i'm sure i wouldnt have passed the chance to try mephedrone and lsd together...


but in terms of a psychedelic drug that combines well with most other drugs, it have would be K
 
Mixing an SNDRI (Cocaine) with serotonergic psychedelics doesn't sound that good, should atleast give no such thing as synergy.
 
Ok combo, but it doesn't really do much. plus, trying to snort lines when they're waving all over the place is pretty damn hard.

As for the mushie/coke comments, i actually like this combo, although now that ive quit doing coke, im not going back to it.
 
I mixed some coke with some 2c-e to try to take away the burning sensation and it ruined the whole trip. As said before, makes the trip anxious and edgy.
 
I did it about a month ago. I took a strong hit of some blotter and was frying at the club with some friends....i was actually tripping a little too hard for being out in public. A shot of tequila and the strongest blow i've ever had basically ended the trip and overpowered anything psychedelic about that night...although i think the energy of the acid kept me from wanting more and fiending which was a good thing.

Comedown was non-existant that night which is rare. If you have some really pure, very strong blow it could be fun. And i'm actually more of an acid person, it's my favorite drug, but that night mixing anything that was put in front of me was a blast.

Then again i'm somewhat known for consuming and mixing many different drugs in one night, so if you don't think you can handle it don't do it.

All in all it was an amazing night...
 
Stimulants + psychedelics sound tempting but at the same time likely to result in hell, for me at least anyway. Either way coke seems pretty much the most pointless stimulant to take with a psychedelic - I think amphetamines, ritalin and MDPV would all be interesting to try on a low end trip; I could imagine great clarity added to the experience. Then again, I'm just imagining here and can equally see the how it could be a horrible, anxious experience. Ritalin probably sounds the most interesting bet to me. Anyone tried this?

Opium + mushrooms was awesome, so I can easily see how LSD + opium would be great as well. Opium + ket sounds pleasurable.
 
have enjoyed the mixture many times but when it goes bad it goes REALLY BAD!!!
the acid for me magnifies the coke and the coke increases the intensity of the cid.
Over all it isnt worth all the stipulations you must follow to make it a good experience...

also for anyone that does coke most of the time when they party they dont feel right without it so it is their :"normal" state and thus more comfortable for them whilke tripping in a wierd way.

the coke can easily dominate the experence and negate any of the positive that can be gained through the trip but sometimes as with any mixture it can add to the experience making it something greater then it would be without that substance

MAJOR thing is the envoriment like the group you are around being cool with "habit drugs", not took much intense stimuli that would create panic. you definitely do NOT want to come down while still tripping so you need enough coke to last until WELL after the peak. you also have to pace your self so not to reach a paniced state or super high expectation of high that you use your supply much quicker then anticipated as often happens with coke. would not suggest smoking or shooting coke on acid. would definitely suggest having a downer on hand like heroin, sometimes K works really well to blend back into a trippy state and away from the stimulant feeling

I was thinking about that Trip Report too. It was immensely amusing. OP, you might want to search Trip Reports to get another perspective.

Keep in mind that Youkai's experiment was full-on Hunter S. Thompson: not for the faint of heart.
 
felt like re-bringing this thread up as it applies to a question I'm kinda having.

Doing a mild dose of Bromo-DragonFLY today. 380ug I'd say. Probably a tad less, but bear with me.

Anyway I've got some good pure coke sitting here (in peru mind you, its good) and I'm debating small bumps at the peak to see if it enhances any effects. I dont get edgy from coke, nor do I get anxious. The coke here lasts for 60-90 minutes with virtually no comedown.

I mildly concern myself with the overstimulation prospects, but right now my pulse is like 84 after 7 hours on this BDF.

Any thoughts? Specifically if anybody has more Coke and PEA experience, or better yet Coke and a DOx to be more specific.
 
No Problems With It

I have done it together, and it was wonderful. The coke only last and hour or two any way. I had no problems with it. I was just more active during my trip. I was out in the woods among peers, and I did walk around alot more, but it was fun and floating. It was night and the flashlight was a little disorienting but other than that, I would say go for it. Just don't do to much coke.=D

exactly, it was a real downer when i did some coke coming up on acid. My trip contained close to no visuals from two good tabs that i know i would have visuals on.

when tripping we would all be having a good laugh but if anyone took speed with their tab they wouldnt be laughing and would seem distant in the group. wouldnt do coke or speed with acid. i can imagine it could either bring you down or fuck you up. or at least wait til youve peaked on the trip before doing a line. to be honest if the acid is strong you probly wont even want to do a line. beer and bud go well with acid.
