The only precipitated WD's you'll get from Suboxone are when you take it too shortly after short acting opiates. If you wait long enough after a short acting opiate you will not go into precipitated WD.Hey so I keep hearing different stuff about IVing suboxone
I hear that it'll throw you into precipitate withdrawals, then I hear that it wont.
Merely IVing Suboxone is not enough to get precipitated WD's.
I hear that you get good feelings from it, and I also hear there is no rush.
Anyone with experience done it and can elaborate?
Thanks!
You "could" get good feelings from it, depends on your tolerance. As stated, if you have a low opiate tolerance you can get a high from it - as for a rush that's subjective.
If you have any sort of tolerance to opiates, don't expect to get much out of IV Suboxone.
Furthermore, we can talk about this in the Suboxone Mega Thread.
I HATED snorting bupe - I thought that was a waste
But I feel like IV Oxy gives a small rush with a short duration. Is it similiar to that? Or is Oxy more similiar to IV Heroin?
Snorting buprenorphine is kind of a waste. The product only has 2% buprenorphine to begin with, how much of that 2% is hitting your nasal passages is dependent on how much you're snorting.
I have never tried IV oxycodone, but oxycodone is closer to the effect of heroin than IV buprenorphine is. However, they are all somewhat close in effects, buprenorphine has the most unique effect, whereas oxycodone and heroin are very simple and straightforward. The IV buprenorphine experience is a lot like other opiates, however, for people with no/low opiate tolerance. Some people find IV buprenorphine more addictive than heroin.
