using kratom on my mephedrone come down (no access to weed or benzos)

good idea or bad idea?
 
You really need a downer for a Meph 'comedown' lol?
Not laughing at ya, just find it funny since Meph is so smooth (physicaly/emotionally) to come down from.
 
Is Mephedrone really that good? Is it kinda like powder cocaine? How is it the same/different? how is it?

short and feels hella good man with some odd mental effects occasionally tossed in.
 
Memory impairment, people have reported psychedelic-esque effects, subtle effects and a bit hard to describe
 
Today my doctor raised my monthly prescription to 200 tabs of 5/325 percocet. I mentioned my concern about ingesting so much acetaminophen (even though I perform CWEs.), and he said that he could switch me to the same pill count of hydrocodone, but they would be 10mg with ibuprofen instead of 5mg percocets. I said that I would stay with the percocets for the time being.

My question is, what is stronger; 5mg of oxycodone or 10mg of hydrocodone?

Oxycodone is 1.5X stronger than Hydrocodone

5mg oxy = 7.5mg hyrdo

So I think the Hyrdo 10's might be stronger according to an equilavency chart but it varries from person to person, some people think oxy is way better than hydro, and others think hydro has a better high, I guess you'd have to see for yourself. I'd probably take the norcos (10/325) but thats just me. Also because the norcos have a better opiate to APAP ratio...

Edit: I just caught how you said you'd get the ibuprofen instead, I'm pretty sure there called Vicoprofen, I didn't know they had 10/200's tho, I'm pretty sure there is only 7.5/200, and if thats the case then it'd be an equal amount of opiate, just APAP vs IB, that would be a harder choice

I've been using morphine, ppt and oxycodone daily for about a month and a half now, maybe a bit less. I know I won't go into WDs if I stop, but if how long can I continue like this before I'm in danger of physical dependence?

Dose-wise, I'm up to about 20mg morphine, or 10-20mg oxy, or 4-5 pods. But I usually don't combine those opiates, I just use one or the other depending on the day / availability / etc.

If you cease use abruptly, you may not go into full withdrawls, but you may not feel too well. If you begin increasing your doses, you will have more problems when you stop. Your doses are not too high at the moment, so you may be ok.

Even though your on low doses, I have a hard time believing you wont have W/D after almost 2 months of daily use. You will have W/D, it might not be bad at all but you definitely wont feel "normal", maybe I'm wrong tho, either way, you should stop now, especially if you don't think you'll have W/D, whats stopping you from quitting then?


If you keep on down the same road its going to get a lot harder to stop.
 
It's closer to 1 month, really. I just figured at a relatively low dose, I might not experience WDs. But who knows. And yeah, I think it's probably time to take a break from opiates anyway.
 
I need quick reply. Is tramadol and meth dangerous combination. Lets say i just did trams and gonna do meth 10 hours later.....help plz
