This is sad to here. They are to young to die and from something so stupid. They should really use events like this to spread awareness for the dangerous ecstasy contaminants and promote test kits instead of just saying "it had rat poison in it".

Where do they jump to that conclusion on what evidence?

I took a peak in at edata and I cant beleive the shit they have found in ecstasy over the last couple years.

Ahh, great, so now the Canadian authorities are on to Methylone and Butylone? This will almost certainly lead to Mephedrone as well, when they realize they've banned Methcathinone but not some drugs similar to it that cause much nicer effects. Oh well, Mephedrone being banned would probably be a good thing on the whole anyways...

Yes, in Canada there is a bit of trouble surrounding drug use on the reserves, especially Alcohol and Meth though, not really ecstacy. This is sad, its gonna get A LOT of attention considering 4/9 people were harmed by the pills and 2 died. Really interested to hear what this chemical was, I don't think it would be a beta-ketone...Probably something REALLY nasty for 4/9 people to be afflicted. Just 14 and 15 too...Too young!

Nobody has mentioned 4-MTA; caused a few deaths in the UK when sold as E (flatliners). For one pill to be toxic, it's most likely one of the 4-substituted amphetamines (PMA, PMMA, 4-MTA)

But this truly is sad.I hate to see stuff like this.Damn,I wonder what was in those pills...and all the reports say ecstasy,not MDMA like they should.When I think ecstasy I dont even think MDMA,I thin a jumble of amphetamines and dxm lol...MDMA wouldn't do this..It must have been a mixture of some research chems.

This story made me order a test kit. Everyone else who doesn't have one should do the same.

Or better yet: don't take pressed pills at all.

Sometimes they add small amounts of MDMA to bad pills to fool the tests.

For safety's sake, just say no to rolls!

Well I mean, who cares, these drugs suck anyway and you can buy MDMA for so little in Canada because it's a major distribution hub for the US.

LOL, I have no problem with people doing drugs (even excessive amounts of them). But popping mystery rolls is just insane behavior; SO many better alternatives out there. Say NO to rolls, say YES to molly from a trusted source. That's more like it. :D
