What should my friends mom do?

I'm guessing it tasted like frickin 2C-I :) kind of gross.
If the girls story is at all true, that is.
 
This situation is insane and very unfortunate, but this thread is great. Please let us know of any new developments. Really your girlfriend needed to do the responsible thing and checked on her, confronted her, done something to make sure she was okay. Just because they have a bad relationship she shouldn't neglect her moral responsibilities.
 
I think this story is bullshit... if she drank ever drank even 5-10mg... it will be completly impossible to sleep.And if she fall asleep before it kicked in,she would wake up or have from too weird dreams and stimulation... problems with blood pressure + 40mg 2c-i... I see there possible death.
 
I don´t believe anything of this story.
Anything over 5mg is undeniable in the "I´m high on something", even you you don´t do drugs.
And anything over 15mg is undeniable in all aspects of the trip, be it the in-your-face-visuals or the body high. There´s NO way you wouldn't feel that. And 40mg... Come on!!! We´re better than this.
 
well I guess the shot was a little smaller but she did sleep through it. if you dont beleive my I honestly dont give a shit, but this thread does bring up a good discussion of what to do on a accidental digestion of psychedelics.

she didnt feel any psychedelic effects? thats kinda weird...? you guys got lucky as hell, this situation could have turned out a WHOLE lot worse. the only bad thing is you lost some product :(

lol 2c-i isn't even that strong and not even scary at high doses.

OK I'm starting to think this is like a whodunit we're not gonna hear the end of. Many good points were made, much disbelief was expressed and at least some of that was warranted since the mother in question still seems oblivious to the events. (ergo luck was had)

I'm gonna go and split this thread in two, one original for the "friends mom" - and one spinoff that is actually good to have as a general go-to when someone is dosed either accidentally or secretly, what to do and the ethics involved.

I mean, come on, this was her mother and she has no concern for her mother's well being? I think it's more important to ensure that your mom is safe and I think it would be worth it to risk getting yelled at or something. If her mother started to beat her up she could have called the cops or left the house. I'm glad nothing bad happened.

I also wonder why her mother experienced no effects at all. Maybe the 2ci is bunk?

If my mom was a mean bitch who beated on me and actually stole the shit out of my purse I would probably think she had it coming. It's still a bad situation though but you shouldn't be so quick to judge. I feel bad for the girl.
 
^Psychedelics as punishment is pathetic though. So is beating your own daughter, but two wrongs don't make a right. :\
 
pertaining the story; it is not uncommon for abuse victims to draw attention in ways like this. the abuse creates very strong feelings of worthlessness in the victims mind, especially when parents are the perpetrators. perhaps she fictionalized this situation to gauge, going by your reactions, whether someone really cares about her and whether she means something to someone.
 
My guess is that after the chemically aftertaste, the OP's mom quickly realized that she'd dosed something other than alcohol, and just rode out the trip in her bedroom without making a fuss; if the story is at all true.
