Question about timing in increase in oxycodone dosage

If you're unable to find adequate pain relief from your medication, go back to your doctor.
Self-adjustment of the dose, and consequential running out at the end of the month is not helpful. Go talk to your doctor, he will help you by either prescribing more break through meds, or by upping your dose.
Either way, none of us can help you.

DO NOT go asking for more - unless you have the rest of the script with you tyo back you up.
DO NOT go asking for more whilst drug-sick in his office.
DO NOT, ever, EVER nod out - in front of your doctor. They don't like this.

This is good advice.
Bring the rest of your meds to the doc as proof of whatever you have to tell him. Just be honest, and express your concerns in a respectful way so that he can tell you're concerned about your treatment, but he doesn't feel like you're demanding it out of him.
He'll understand that coming to him before there's a problem is a lot better than waiting until the problem has crept upon you and there's no solution unless the doctor helps you. It will make you seem intelligent and knowledgeable about your own health care, and it will help the doctor trust you.

They are new and aren't prescribed as often as things like 40s and 80s. Nothing wrong with them though.

To me, they look the best because it's the highest dose with the smaller pill before the 80 which obviously is a bit bigger than the rest.

I smoked a 80mg Oxy from 11pm-6am throughout the night and I have little to no tolerance for Oxy and I fear that I may have overdone it and was wondering how long I should wait until itd be safe to sleep. It is currently 1:00pm I know it was dumb to do but ive thrown up 6 times and drank plenty of water tried to eat food and walk around and take deep breaths and just stay awake and active to keep my heart rate up. Im mostly worried because of the side effects of a OD is pinpoint pupils and my pupils havent changed since I originally thought I might of OD'd. So basically im just wondering am I past it or is it still likely I could have issues if I sleep? How long do I need to stay awake so I dont have to fear sleeping and never waking up again

dont smoke oxy but in regards to your question i wouuld just continue to stay awake to be on the safe side

Anyone hear about new anti-abuse methods for OC pills? I don't remember where I read this, but I heard something about a plan to put Capsicum (active ingredient in pepper spray) in the pills. This makes sense because when taken orally you wouldn't notice it since it dissolves in your stomach not in your mouth, but if you snorted it... OH MAN...

but its Generic so I'm gunna do it in a quick snort which willl make me gag im sure but idk pepper spray sounds intense I wanna search for that and read more lemme kno where you read this...Thanx!!

Capsacin (sp?) is the chemical you speek of. I did read something about this not to long ago. The thing is this shit comes and goes all the time. Every 3 months or so they say they are making "abuse proof" oxy and they never do. It wouldn't be just for insuffalation either. The idea supposedly works on IV users as well which I imagine would be worse.

okay so i do opiates everyday usually hoping for an OC 80 but once in a while get stuck having to get a 30 or 2 ... i only have ONE 30 mg perk.. and i have no money left.. i cant waste it, i need to get the best from it.. i need to feel it.. usually ill snort half, smoke some bud.. wait a bit then do the same with the other half...
i have heard that taking it orally can be better.. but ive always been to scared to be disappointed for taking it and not snorting it.. sometimes i feel like snorting it is part of the "addiction"
so please can anyone give me advice on the best way i should do this and feel the most out of it?
