Best way to take hydromorph Contin?

How should I take these in the best way?

Well the best ROA is definitely IV. If you don't IV though I'd have to say plug, then insufflated, lastly oral. Most ways besides IV aren't that efficient though.
 
oh i see. do you know where i can find a guide on how to prepare these pills for injection?
 
What MG are they?

Typical hydromorphone is good for IV, but I don't know about the contins. And be careful, a high dose of hydromorphone IV can be deadly.
 
If you're opiate-naive and plan to IV, I'd start low and inject very slowly. When I wasn't tolerant and had it in the ER administered over 1 min at 2mg it felt like an elephant stomped on my chest. Quite the rush though!

If you plan to IV please please please use a micron filter!
 
Holy cow. I've never seen those before. 12mg are you kidding? You want to inject 12mg of dilaudid?
I get the impression that you might be joking on us. But if you're not be super careful, you could easily od on just one of those, even if you know what you're doing, and you are saying that you don't so....just be careful.

First, I have Hydromorphone Contin - 12MG
And Hydromorphone - 2 MG



So, which should I inject, and how much of each?

the grey 24mg hydromorphcontins are fucking savage, back in winnipeg i'd pick em up for $25 a piece, grind up the entire thing in my marble mortar & pestle, then snort that shit back. maaan, would i get high. then again, that was before i started IVing, which is an even better high when it comes to hydromorph.

for the 2mg ones you can just bust em up, add water, filter and draw back into the syringe. for the 12mgs you're gonna have to empty out the beads - i'd say start with maybe 1/3rd of a full cap if you're opiate-naive - then crush them up, add water, stir/crush them up in the water until it gets a sort of milky white look to it, then filter and draw back. some people like to add heat to the beads, but all this does is let the waxy substance the hydromorph is encased in get melted into the solution. and you don't want to be shooting that shit, trust me.

anyway, good score man. when buying hydromorphcontins, whether it's the 12s, 24s or 30s, it's good to open up a few of the caps while the dealer is still there and make sure they're full. alot of shady characters will empty out some of the beads and sell em. anyway, have a good high, man. :D

thanks man. when you say filter, you mean with like a cotton?
 
unless he is completely opiate naive, with almost a BASELINE tolerance, he could easily do 2-4mg without overdosing. I've seen people that have never tried opiates once IV a K4 and scream out in ecstasy, but it's by far a deadly dose. That being said, 2mg's is a great beginning point (if you are new to opiates) and will get you the rush you've probably heard about and are looking for, BUT, AND PLEASE READ BELOW:

We need some background on your opiate/opiod usage. Your post is quite vague and lacking some critical information that we need to figure out a rational dose for you.

Provide us with your opiate history/tolerance, and we'll go from there.
 
I've done quite a bit of opiates in my time, shot up enough times of the 2mg hydromorphs. i've never had to prepare it myself, nor do i understand the filtering methods. i haven't injected the hydromorphs 12mg before, so i need a guide or something to show me a step-by-step algorithm so i know how to prepare it.

yeah, just throw a rolled-up bit of q-tip or cotton ball in there. some people prefer to use micron filters to draw it up, but i find that a bit unnecessary. but, you know, harm reduction and all that.

alright, clearly i'm talking like someone who's already done this shit hundreds and hundreds of times, forgetting i'm talking TO someone who hasn't. i'll break it down for you, to inject the 12mgs..

1. first, empty out 1/3rd of the capsule (a good 4mg dose, for someone with no tolerance any more would really be a waste. even with my tolerance + daily methadone dose, 8mg still gets me a SOLID rush) into a folded up piece of paper (mortar & pestle would be best but i doubt you have this handy)
2. fold up the paper with the beads inside so none spill out, and lay flat on a hard surface. take a lighter and run the long, smooth end across the paper, being sure to press down enough to shatter the beads and release the hydromorphone powder. basically you want everything to be a fine white dust when you're done. takes a bit of elbow-grease but it's worth it to get it really fine.
3. empty out the paper into a big spoon (or one of those little disposable cookers, but since you're an IV newb i doubt you have one of these handy)
4. draw up a bunch of water into your syringe, leaving just a bit of space for some blood when you register your shot.
5. add the water to the spoon/cooker and take something (i find the flat white plastic bit at the end of the syringe works perfect for this), and crush up the powder in the water, stirring it up a bunch until the solution takes on a milky whiteish sort of colour.
6. drop the filter of your choice into the solution, then draw it up into the syringe. will probably be pretty white once it's in the rig. there'll be some shit left over in the spoon, mostly the remains of the beads that aren't soluble in water. if you collect these leftovers from two or three shots there's often enough hydromorph remnants in there to get a decent buzz if you do a wash.
7. readysetSHOOT.
 
Pull the cotton off of the top of a q tip, and roll it up into a very tight ball.

Place said ball into your dissolved hydromorphone, place needle onto the top of the cotton ball and pull the liquid through it.
