^ It matters because that's how much nasty bitter liquid you have to drink in the end.
Also, less water is better so you consume less APAP in the final product.
Those are the two main reasons I can think of.
 
Calling all CWE evaporation veterans...

After eating mass amounts of chalky apap and ibuprofen, I said to hell with it.

I did a little experiment last night, with 6 count, viocodin 10/500 = 60mg of pure hydrocodone, hoping ofcourse a decent outcome.

It was my 1st time ever doing this CWE technique and I wanted some insufflation goodness, instead of just drinking bitter piss water.

Did a little research on the evaporation matter, what little I could yeild per the topic and didn't find much so I preceded as follows

-Put the 6 vikes in a glass
-covered the pills with enough water to submerge
-stirred until maximum disolve
-Strained thru an old tee shirt into another glass
-repeat

I yeilded the bitter water and poured onto a plate and heated the solution for roughly 45mins with my girls hairdryer, on the lowest heat setting ofcourse as to not degrade the opioid.

As i've read, it's difficult to remove ALL apap. What came out on the plate though was a decent size portion of powder (too much, for knowing what 60mg of pure hydro should look like) and light blue for that matter, as the pills were the Watsons.

I then insufflated but the burn in my nostrils told me that it was not pure and I was snorting some apap. Blah. :!

Has anyone got a MORE refined process for this? I really hope so...

I felt a slight high but the hydros are now gone and I've gotten a RX of the 5mg percs and would like to do the same, refined ofcourse, with about 80mg to start.

any 1st hand experience would be appreciated :\
 
Improve your CWE technique, and accept that your yield will be significantly lower to achieve higher purity. Its not really worth it when you consider how bioavailable hydro and oxy is, particularly with some GFJ and cimetadine.
 
I've done cimetidine and GFJ plenty. I'm very well used to copping oc's/roxies/D's things of that nature...

The slight rush is well worth it to me.

Going to try some coffee filters this go round...
 
Coffee Filter>Old T-Shirt
Ice-Cold Water>Lukewarm Water (greater solubility)

eh...ya thats my 2 cents...tell me how it goes...BTW think of all the shit that gets through with a T-Shirt...try it with coffee filters and see if it works better...seems like it should..
 
The slow onset just doesn't cut it for me, the beauty of being different, people/personalities etc.

I was successful in evaping the percocets. I only did 50mg worth as a test run and used a coffee filter and a much wider surface area for the liquid to dry on, the backside of a porcelain dinner plate. The drying precess this time was surprisingly only 30mins.

Chopped it tons and railed a bit. It worked, although still alittle ibuprofen, nothing un-manageable though.

Any other good tips out there? Thanks to the prior posters...

Yes, do not snort even small amounts of Ibuprofen. Not only is the BA much lower but you are losing tons of hydro in the CWE process to eliminate that much binder. I'm not trying to be rude but this is honestly one of the dumbest things I have seen in OD in a while. Its like you are just throwing 2 out of every 5 pills in the garbage can.
 
I haven't done this before, but after your CWE, instead of making it into a powder and snorting it, just plug the hydrocodone water. From what I've heard, that's the best way to do hydrocodone, but I've never tried it myself.
 
I haven't done CWE in a while but used to do it a fair bit there. I remember that it wasn't worth doing a small amount of pills (20 tabs at a minimal) due to losses, thats only way i could minimize the losses, by doing alot more at once (and cutting down the filter to size i needed).
 
To the CWE mega thread.

Use lab grade filters.

And you could possibly try using solvents, but I'm not going to recommend that and it probably would be overkill on such a small amount of hydrocodone.

I would just drink the CWE.
 
Feck... Just read every post here to see if my little bit of info was included, but as far as could read it wasn't mentioned. So hopefully it might be something to add to your arsenal.

I used to perform CWE on codeine/ibuprofen or APAP tabs, and still do from time to time when in a pinch, and have found something very handy.

After much fucking around, one day i tried two coffee filters (one inside another and wetted to avoid losing codeine), and found that the solution filtered about ten times quicker than a single filter would.

I think it has to do with the second wet filter being able to extract moisture from the first, even though the first might be clogged. Some capillary action or whatever it is called.

Anyway, whenever i need to extract, i always use two, or even three wet filters. This also helps when wanting to squeeze the mass of stuff left over as the filters have less chance of breaking.

Also, Mr Blonde, what sort of dose have you been able to reach and still feel increasing effects? I have never really bothered above 500mg because i thought it would just be a waste but after what you have mentioned i am a little curious to experiment and see how i go with larger bits. :)
 
I still stand by the silk sunglasses cases, two inside each other, filter 250ml in under 5 minutes and a crystal clear solution. Can squeeze the inner bag and the second one catches any particles that come out as well.

fuck I need to unsubscribe from this thread, sure does make it tempting to not stay clean.

Around 1.8 grams is the highest I've been so far. No one else I know has gone this high, one of my friends gets nothing out of codeine and the others can't go above around 400mg, i.e. no increasing euphoria, just increased histamine reaction.
 
I posted my CWE method sometime last year. . I figured out how to CWE before there were such things as the internet. I've seen time and time again not only dangerous but stupid CWE methods. You thought mine was drivel, why? My husband is a doctor and it's illegal for him to tell me how to do it but once I figured it out he could refine it.

Well I will help you. Use water from the tap, it is cold enough as she told you last year. If you put it in the fridge you are losing more codeine. That's why you say to take 300 mgs because you lose 90% of it the way you guys do it. So stop being rude to my wife.. You don't stir it as she said because it loses it's salt. That's the phosphate part right? Well it is.

All you do is put it in some tap water and wait till it breaks up. It doesn't dissolve as you think. It breaks up, look it up. Then filter it through a coffee filter. Then drink the water. But please don't get stuck into her she knows what she's talking about and you don't. For fuck's sake don't filter it through a tee shirt. The paracetamol is small enough to get through it. I kid you not, don't do it. I assure this method is the only one worth doing.
