Evening/Morning PD Peeps :)

Have sniffed a smidge of 2C-I tonight. Never sampled before, but is a lovely clean-feeling, energetic swirl indeed. Could get fond of :)

Sniffing is not generally my favoured approach to such things. Must admit I have been indulging in a bit of nose-bashing recently though. Still much prefer bum-fun, but there is something to be said for a bit of eye-watering ouchy-swirls too...

It's Harm Reduction (or at least my slightly twisted version thereof ;)) cos I used to always just chase any new substance on the foil to see what I made of it. Is horrid for the lungs though and can distort the effects in a not necessarily pleasant way. Sniffing is probably equally as bad for the sinuses, mind...

Plugging is still FTW everytime :)

I just recorded a great drum sample by drumming a half-empty can of cider with my fingers. This microphone is awesome. Absolutely no background noise.

It sounds like "sbwowongg"

He is such a nice dude. We spoke for hours and I feel that we know each other pretty well now. I told him all about the love and lite that is here in PD and he promissed to stop in to pick up some good vibes. He is also a deadhead with a beard (a big orange one) and the most adorable son I have EVER seen. Surley he is going through some hard times, but I think he did the right thing by asking for support <3 :) Cant wait to dance it up with him and his son at some dead shows <3 :D!

It feels so great to be home once again. The last 2 weeks have been a hell off a trip. Going from extreme highs to points of sadness and despair. Great job helping out that fellow bluelighter last night Karma he does sound like a good guy. Im glad to hear your doing well with the opiates I am too. Ive only uses once in the last week and I snorted some oxy , which isnt as bad as shooting dope in my eyes. Its easier for me to walk away from that and not continue to use it everyday.But besides that Ive just been sticking with the herb. It doesnt bite back :D
 
good charlie keep it up man...it will get easier.

Try to find positive and awesome replacements for the drugs that you can get excited about.

The trick (for me at least) breaking a drug habit is to find awesome fun things to do to replace your focus on (eight years ago I started skydiving and BASE jumping after quitting a 2 year meth habit lol). Anything works really...paddling, hiking, sunbathing (soon for ya'll <3), running every morning, lifting weights, whatever.
 
I do need to find some new hobbies to focus on. I think I may start surfing again this summer I used to have so much fun in the ocean before I became a drunken fool. I feel so much better not drinking these days. Here's a picture of the beach I go to up the street from my house :D

sick man! what a weird coincidence because I am planning on learning to surf this summer (I messed around when I was little and LOVED it).

My latest plan is to go to Costa Rica this next winter to surf after learning this summer on some easier waves off NC.

I'm convinced surfing is probably one of the best feelings in the world!!! :D
 
It is so much fun to catch a nice wave and ride it out :D The waves in North Carloina are a lot nicer than the ones here in jersey. The water is cleaner down there and warmer. Thats a good place to surf you got there buddy. Honestly the adrenaline you get from being in a hurricaine surfing is quite comparable to a high you get from drugs. I like it alot :D My friend is really into sky diving to he works down in florida teaching people how to jump out of planes. Ive never done it before but my sister has and she had fun. I was always to scared to go but maybe Ill try it this summer when im visiting him.
 
skydiving is a fucking blast man you'll love that shit :D

its a rush and a half and its beautiful also to be floating/flying at 14,000 feet above the ground looking down on the world.

I started to do a lot of headdown stuff in the later parts of my jumps (I got about 125 jumps in total).
