i dont know why i watch such worthless crap as ANTM ... but i just cant turn the channel when the marathons are on.

I win. Worst show in this thread IMHO, terrible sets, terrible plotlines, acting is dire and family trees that make you scream When is someone going to stop the madness? at your TV.

I cant even watch it on TV - I have to download the torrents several days after each episode because it isn't available in the UK.:o
 
everybody loves raymond. :)

they're showing it here in the UK early in the mornings, so i watch it when i'm getting ready for work. it gets funnier the more you watch it and get to know the characters. :D

Everybody in my house hates raymond. I wonder if Jimmy Carr watched a couple of episodes of this show and *hey presto* a long term act.

However, it's better than my guilty pleasure so I will end with the line 'each to his/her own'.
 
The Hills. A marathon came on one night and i was glued to the t.v for hours! Oh the shame ;)
 
I am the fucking queen of trash TV. Next, Parental Control, Top Model, Gossip Girl (I'm fucking loving that show, anyone else)?

Anyone who loves Top Model should go to fourfour.typepad.com -- this guy does fucking hilarious (and meticulous) recaps of the show every week.

I saw that Belisarius mentioned Becker. It reminded me of this one time when I was in a doctor's waiting room and some terrible shit was on that little TV. An old man and I started talking about how they don't make good shows anymore and he says, "Well, they haven't made anything good since Becker." I thought he was joking and my first instinct was to laugh. I couldn't believe he was serious. This guy just thought Becker was the greatest show of all time. It astounded me.

I think that jimmy carr and the raymond guy have a similar 'head floating on top of a body' quality to them...but that doesn't mean my post makes any more sense!

Hahahahah yo, that was one of my favorite shows as a kid. i still watch it when aint shit else on, cuz they play it like 59 times in a row on tvland.
