Interstellar !!!! I sucked back some tears. I don't think I really cried but I tried not too. Yeah.

Ki3ly, I love you, but if you spam the Enemy of the State Trailer one more fucking time I'm making you an enemy of the state!

I remember I got teary eyed at the end of ET when he was in the hospital w the kid. My sister was making a riot about it because I don't think she'd seen me cry before. I was probably 7 or 8 years old but maybe younger

Oooh, great film! Might have to rewatch that. Any other sci-fi recommendations?

I assume you've already seen shit like 12 Monkeys, Blade Runner, Children of Men?

Yes. All great films.

I figured. Here's some more random ones just off the dome, but I'll think on it more. (Leaving out stuff I assume you've definitely seen)

Mickey 17
The Prestige
High Life
Mad Max Fury Road
Alien: Romulus
Annihilation
12 Cloverfield Lane
Gattaca
Sunshine
Chronicle
A.I.
Predestination
eXistenZ
Flatliners
Cube

Then there's stuff like The Endless, Coherence, Timecrimes ... not "great" films but good with interesting premises

Thanks man! I appreciate you taking the time to type all those out. I've seen a number of those, but not all. Some great ones on this list too.

The Prestige isn’t sci-fi tho. Feels very much like something that could have happened. Alternate history?

Just my opinion. I can see why it would be lumped in with sci-fi.
