Could my nose infection from a fake septum piercing cause that

It's quite normal for people to have a deviated septum ,mine never used to be this bad I can barely breath through it .
Makes any breathing exercises impossible not that theve ever helped me anyway
An injury to the nose can cause it so an infection might as well
