Phenethylamines Ergolines and phenethylamines receptor orientation

In passing, they found a way to directly sub to 13 or 14 position directly. Apparently it affects dopamine binding differently and results in adjustment to the come down phase of an LSD trip.
More than twenty years ago he wanted to test it, called in a bunch of favors to make it from scratch, got what he needed, but the synth was a fraud he relied on. So now they have a way. Should be published in a year or two.

This was initially seen with the metabolite 13-hydroxylergotrile which is 100-fold more potent as a dopamine agonist than lergotrile itself.

13' ergoline corresponds to 7' aminotetralin and 7-OH-DPAT is a potent D3 agonist.

They finally initially made the ho from scratch and discovered, 380 fold more potent with LSD, so they put several small carbon attachments there and found several that now block its formation in the body. Then the direct sub discovery

I posted the joel smith patent in here previously it was removed as it has the t3p
Synthesis route

Look how pathetically weak you are.
I have interacted with nichols for years
Regularly
That guaranteed fact
Or your hot air without evidence.
Know anything about meta data, ms heard?
I put it on a page
go copy it and get the info

Good thing when you post the patent here, it wont be removed for some reason. Is that where you got it from at first?

According to the literature it was in 1978 that was documented lergotrile → 13-OH-lergotrile and it's increased potency. The notable potency of 13-OH-LSD was confirmed in 2026.

Now why dont i believe you?
That would your break streak of trying to convince or dupe others into thinking reality is different than it is. I wish you would. Want to help make an old bday wish come true?

they found a way to directly sub to 13 or 14 position directly.

Also 12-OH-LSD, but no details about which receptors it targets:
In drug discrimination tests, 12-OH-LSD completely substituted for LSD, but was only about half as potent. However, this derivative would also be more polar than LSD and pharmacokinetic factors could play a role in its decreased activity.
