Etziolam legal again next year?

At one time the thought of legalizing Marijuana would never be possible.

Actually, the incompetent and ridiculously delusion former President Jimmy Carter; wanted to decriminalize weed at the federal level, for small amounts.

He wasn't ready to go for full legalization. But considering Marijuana is Federally illegal now; but states like mine have legalized it. It might have possible.

That could have opened the door to legalization 45- ~50 years ago.

Also, there were a very small number of people were allowed to not only smoke weed legally, but they actually got it sent to them from the Federal government.

They had a very, very small scale, Federal Marijuana legalization program. It had strict controls and very few people who able to get it. This was back some time in the 20th century.

Yeah it probably sucked, but I think they actually got it for free because they were a part of a study and they still got it sent to them free, each month. Not 100% but fairly certain it was free. But it probably was weak.

Got ya, I figured it went through insurance and they'd charge a damn fortune but my memory on that time period is hazy at best
