Im just wondering if im understanding this correctly that since only the attorney gen scheduled etzi and can only extend that for one year, which they did but cant extend again etzi should be on the market next year again no? Unless the dea decides too but they haven't

I really fucking need bezos to quit opiates which are again ruining my life but I cannot get shit on the street as I've moved and the two trusted rc vendors I know are solid dont even fw the benzo analpgues after etzi and bromaz got taken away. I legit cant do this without a benzo, Im killing myself here.

Hey I believe five benzos including etizolam got scheduled again on april first 2026 -- the same five. in the US at least.

I WOULD APPRECIATE CONFIRMATION I AM CORRECT ABOUT THAT THOUGH. The ban expired on jul 26th 2026 and I believe they reinstated the same five benzos as sched 1 (QUIETLY) on apr 1st.....

The attorney gen did reschedule it to my knowledge but he can no longer has that power once this year is up and it'll fall to the actual government to do so.

Someday over the rainbow -- but do you really believe that?

What pisses me off is now ordering ANY unscheduled benzo for non human consumption could get you flagged on analog act sched 1; correct?

Lot more flavors than 5

What is the precedent on this -- do they usually let these things expire (Id guess no?)

I did a quick search and this is what I found:

Permanent Schedule I Status: The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) issued a final rule that took effect on April 1, 2026, moving etizolam (along with clonazolam, diclazepam, flualprazolam, and flubromazolam) from temporary status into permanent Schedule I under the Controlled Substances Act.

At one time the thought of legalizing Marijuana would never be possible.

How long did that take and how many people needlessly went to prison? "Legalize" since what 1960 and some states still are not on board -- most countries still are not (?)

progress isnt linear and right now doesnt seem to be a step forward point in history

Just to add to that, theyre changing the laws again so that legality sure didnt mast long and its not legal federally, .ost states domt have it legal either so idk what youre talking about and benzos are a whole other beast letalone rc benzos so to compare to weed is a bit dim, no, dumb. Its dumb.

Buddy you were getting flagged well before the analogue act and that doesnt cover all benzos. Not all gray market benzos are analogues infact a large majority are their own thing entierly and dont fall under the law.
