Opioids Hydromorphone vs Oxycodone

Correct……rectal administration if done properly is a Very effective ROA bypassing first pass metabolism…..especially with Hydromorphone (Dilaudid)

I had those IR Dilaudid 2mg tablets also, small round 2 peach …..4 are yellow, 8’s are white shields ….in Canada we have Hydromorph-Contin 3,6,9,12,18, 24, 30mg capsules filled with XR beads.

For those Dilaudid 2mg tablets I would pulverize 4-6 of them in 1ml of warm water and draw up in an oral syringe for rectal administration. I usually lay on my side on the bed in privacy were I can administer slowly and then still lay there for a min or so until I feel the warmth of onset taking place

I also use to IV administer Hydromorphone, Heroin, Cocaine, Ketamine, etc…..but was long time ago. Last time I used a needle was for IM injection of Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) 60-80mg into my shoulder muscle = Valium 30 to 40mg hitting in 10-15min / C-Max in 0.5h

Hydromorphone needs to be filtered very good to remove all excipients…a wheel filter must be used to prevent serious complications. I had to go to hospital for endocarditis (inflammation of heart) due to all the Hydromorph-Contin I was injecting …..they gave me a potent steroid anti inflammatory and was ok

I read a medical journal stating after Oxycontin was reduced and changed to OxyNEO the rate of endocarditis occurances skyrocketed from all the patients now IV injecting Hydromorph-Contin …..I was like, Fuuuuck…..I was one of them.

Just keep fckn OxyContin original formula (which is still available in Canada via 3-4 generic manufacturers still marketing Oxy 80’s without that rat fink p@ssy claught anti abuse bullshit

Oxycondone is hands down the best opioid narcotic ever synthesized…..I would select it over pharmaceutical Diamorphine (maybe lol) and pharmaceutical injectable Hydromorphone (which are all Sooooo fckn Amazing btw)

Oxycodone 80’s and 160’s about 500,000 tablets each …..and equal amounts of Methylphenidate (Ritalin) 80mg Biphentin XR capsules (which I pulverize into IR powder)

would you say that rectal administration is almost or just as good of a rush as IV hydromorph? do you ever mix hydromorph with morphine? or morphine with oxy? or hydromorph with oxy?

i appreciate the advice, the rectal morphine definitely worked but i heard that rectal bioavailability of dilaudid isnt as good as morphine from another bluelighter, but maybe they dont know their stuff. i just want the rush i got in the hospital from the IV stuff without having to use a needle!

The rush would be caused by the maximum amount of drug delivered into the bloodstream in the quickest way possible…..injecting directly into the bloodstream

Without IV needle, second best route would be oral syringe via rectal administration (bypassing fist pass metabolism) about 3/4 length of pointer finger depth wise, very rich in blood vessels…..so a concentrated solution of water soluble Hydromorphone Hydrochloride would rapidly absorb directly into the bloodstream

A rapid onset (several minutes) 3-5min a warm surge of Opioid Narcotic would creep in …..still relaxing on bed, on side, after administering in privacy….more importantly 70% of your dose isn’t destroyed by the liver

greater volumes of Hydromorphone has entered the bloodstream unmolested by liver enzymes …..binding directly to Mu-opioid receptors

If you have the private space, locked bedroom, nobody home etc ….Id probably do rectal administration to get most bang for your buck from the limited Dilaudid on hand …..it’s used in medical facilities for a good reason

Hydromorphone 7.5mg oral
Hydromorphone 1.5mg IV/IM/SC ….bypassing oral first pass metabolism, Hydromorphone is actually slightly more potent than Diacetylmorphine (Heroin) injection…both Very potent and euphoric Opioids

There is a lot of excipients (bulking/flow agents) in oral tablets, so crushing and snorting Dilaudid tablets probably isn’t all that advantageous (unless you preformed an extraction) …..but dissolving all that Dilaudid in warm water and booty bumping it, all that Hydromorphone is rapidly absorbed directly into bloodstream

I’ve done it with Hydromorphone and is probably the best ROA if one doesn’t have pharmaceutical injectable solution
