Opioids Hydromorphone vs Oxycodone

Hi folks,
I’ve been enjoying some light dose Oxycodone (15-20mg, usually will snort half and eat half). I have some Hydromorphone 4mg that I’m interested in trying out tonight. If I’ve been taking in 20mg of Oxycodone for the past 4 days, should I bother with the Hydromorphone? I just don’t have any experience with it vs Oxycodone, which I’m very familiar with.
 
If I'm going down the K4 Roller Coaster Ima mainline and forget it, or that's what I've been told is the best way to get it done!
 
Oxycodone way more euphoric and pleasurable. High oral bioavailability 80% ish

Hydromorphone way more potent analgesic, significant speaking I.V. injection. Oral has only a 30% bioavailability
 
As @Dextro .45 said, an important fact here is that Oxycodone is highly bioavailable at ~80%-85%.

If you're taking Hydromorphone (Dilaudid) by the oral route, it is going to be 4x the potency by weight of the same dosage of Oxycodone. In this case, this would mean 5mg Hydromorphone ->20mg Oxycodone

This means if you choose to insufflate the Hydromorphone, the dosage by weight will be 8x the potency of that same oral dosage of Oxycodone. In this instane this would mean 2.5mg Hydromorphone-> 20mg Oxycodone.

Many will tell you that Hydromorphone is more euphoric, pleasurable and enjoyable compare to even other potent Opioids. In my travels, I've seen Hydromorphone lend itself to compulsive usage in a more powerful way. It's effects are typically shorter-acting than Oxycodone and other similar Opioids, by what I would say is about 25%, as in the effects last 75% as long as Oxycodone.

Don't start injecting if you're not already. That's a stupid idea.
 
Yea the oral B.A.(bioavailability). It’s only 30-35% yet it’s still around ~4:1 ratio mg to mg, hm to morphine. So that 4mg hm would be 16mg morphine, but intranasal on the other hand is between 52-58%. even though the bioavailability is less than double it feels far stronger than double the strength. Which kinda makes sense being that IV, IM it’s obviously 100% bioavailability, and is around triple the B.A. of oral yet it’s 5 times the potency of oral.

It is a proven fact via scientific literature/medical journals that the Opium Poppy (Papevier Somniferum) main alkaloids, Morphine, Codeine, theBaine, Papevier, etc ….Mu-Opioid Agonist synthesized from the alkaloid theBaine have stimulant like properties in opposition to the sedating effects of Morphine derived opioids, MS-Contin/Kadian, Dilaudid, Diamorphine (Heroin), etc

Oxycodone (Eukadol) synthesized in Germany early 1920’s has a unique uplifting, stimulating, narcotic type profound euphoria similar to Cocaine, in addition to its very robust analgesic painkilling properties.

That’s another reason why Perdue Pharma selected Oxycodone.

I have personally taken every opioid minus Fentanyl, oral, I.V. etc…..and oral Oxycodone gave me the most pleasurable euphoric pleasure 3X more enjoyable than injecting hi dose Hydromorphone or quality Heroin

NAZI scientists discovered Eukadol (Oxycodone) had a side effect profile strikingly similar to Cocaine. Profound mood-lifting, stimulating, uplifting, SUPER Euphoric opioid narcotic.

Eukadol 20mg glass ampoules were like gold paired with injectable Pervitin (d-Methamphetamine) 20mg ampoules

Dilaudid HP Forte injectable solutions and glass bottle/vial of 250mg compounding powder for reconstitution with saline/water for IV/IM/SC injection

Oxycodone taken orally is Superior (for recreational euphoric bliss)
Dilaudid only pharmaceutical injectable solutions for serious pain management

Hydromorphone 10mg IV
Dexedrine 5mg IV
Ketamine lowest therapeutic dose IV

Probably the best IV injectable cocktail for several pain/battle field injury, etc

However, if I was pharmaceutical grade Diamorphine & Cocaine properly formulated for tolerance and IV injected, I’d enjoy taking deep hauls from a premium cigarette and a classy spirit cocktail 2-3oz
 
If you're taking it orally, oxycodone (this is also true of hydrocodone) is the more reliable euphoriant. However, if we're talking IV use, hydromorphone is vastly superior as a euphoriant.

I find Oxycodone insanely euphoric and my brother doesn’t care for it ….same parents, different CNS I guess

Id select IV Hydromorphone for serious pain only

Oxycodone for pleasure & pain

How are you administering this? Dose, IR Dilaudid or XR beads

Oxycodone doesn’t even need to be IV….orally is 80% bioavailability with the warmest blanket of pleasurable dopamine & endorphin heaven

Dilaudid were great too…..just more sedating and less mental euphoric bliss, uplifting social happiness wrapped in the warmest blanket

Oxy-IR 20’s and OxyContin 80’s and the rare Blue 160mg ones…….a lifetime supply would suffice

Usually I chew and leave it under my tongue
 
Nice…..like an LSD tab….under the tongue so rich in blood vessels directly in the bloodstream bypassing that pesky 1st pass metabolism (which destroys 70% of the Hydromorphone)

I’m stable on Methadone 100-125mg daily of chronic pain 20+ years on this dose …..IF I ran out, 2,3,4 days nothing, it would by Hydromorphone XR beads I’d pulverize into IR powder, draw up in an oral syringe and push that warm solution of 24mg X 3-4 capsules worth just at the right spot, also super rich in blood vessels……and that surge of warmth of Dilaudid would be very welcoming indeed

are you saying you use the oral syringe to push the warm solution of dilaudid rectally? i tried 7mg orally and it did almost nothing compared to 30-40mg of oxy orally. even 20mg liquid morphine rectally was much stronger than the 7mg dilaudid orally.

i still have 15 2mg dilaudid pills and i dont want to waste them. even snorting them did not do much. what is the best way to take these? i am not an IV guy but i had a 1mg drip in the hospital and it was such a euphoric rush, which i am trying to find with these pills, but i havent found it orally nor nasally. Please advise! Thanks! (i have a bunch of IR oxy 10s and 30s, 20mg/ml liquid morphine sulfate, and 15 2mg dilaudid pills available)

Correct……rectal administration if done properly is a Very effective ROA bypassing first pass metabolism…..especially with Hydromorphone (Dilaudid)

I had those IR Dilaudid 2mg tablets also, small round 2 peach …..4 are yellow, 8’s are white shields ….in Canada we have Hydromorph-Contin 3,6,9,12,18, 24, 30mg capsules filled with XR beads.

“Red Rockets” large Red 30mg capsule XR Hydromorph-Contin ……paired with Dilaudid 8mg IR tablets WOW just need Dexedrine Spansule 15mg capsules for a solid analgesic Speedball cocktail

For those Dilaudid 2mg tablets I would pulverize 4-6 of them in 1ml of warm water and draw up in an oral syringe for rectal administration. I usually lay on my side on the bed in privacy were I can administer slowly and then still lay there for a min or so until I feel the warmth of onset taking place

I also use to IV administer Hydromorphone, Heroin, Cocaine, Ketamine, etc…..but was long time ago. Last time I used a needle was for IM injection of Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) 60-80mg into my shoulder muscle = Valium 30 to 40mg hitting in 10-15min / C-Max in 0.5h

Hydromorphone needs to be filtered very good to remove all excipients…a wheel filter must be used to prevent serious complications. I had to go to hospital for endocarditis (inflammation of heart) due to all the Hydromorph-Contin I was injecting …..they gave me a potent steroid anti inflammatory and was ok

I read a medical journal stating after Oxycontin was reduced and changed to OxyNEO the rate of endocarditis occurances skyrocketed from all the patients now IV injecting Hydromorph-Contin …..I was like, Fuuuuck…..I was one of them.

Just keep fckn OxyContin original formula (which is still available in Canada via 3-4 generic manufacturers still marketing Oxy 80’s without that rat fink p@ssy claught anti abuse bullshit

Oxycondone is hands down the best opioid narcotic ever synthesized…..I would select it over pharmaceutical Diamorphine (maybe lol) and pharmaceutical injectable Hydromorphone (which are all Sooooo fckn Amazing btw)

Oxycodone 80’s and 160’s about 500,000 tablets each …..and equal amounts of Methylphenidate (Ritalin) 80mg Biphentin XR capsules (which I pulverize into IR powder)
