Please Actually Give the Discord some attention. It is ruining your credibility.

because different people/generations require different channels to ask for and receive help.

if anything BL should be expanding its HR presence not reducing it (and yes I know finite resources means it's not doable etc etc).

The forum is a great place, full of great resources and kind helpful people.

try and put that in a tiktok and see how well it works for the doom scrollers.....

To be fair its not like they completely rewrote the rules... more like made them oddly more specific but also dubiously vague at the same time, which basically gave them the authority to ban anyone they dislike for any reason. Aka anyone who might speak up about how it's become a politically soaked toxic environment.

For example, you can be banned simply because something you said made another member "uncomfortable". Sounds innocent at first but it's both vague and discreetly giving them power to do whatever they want.

"No slurs, bigotry, threats or hateful speak." Became, "Don't make anyone uncomfortable."

Seems really unthought out, but it's intentional.

BTW I rejoined to gather evidence made jokes with a few friends then they banned me at 10:00 am before I could even screenshot or post anything on my side. Doesnt really matter what I say in defense if you guys literally made me unable to screenshot anything.

Im not the victim here, the people you are gonna let get hurt are. Apparently a legit attempt to speak out is stirring up shit.
Is this not a perfect example of People bending the rules to silence criticism under the guise of keeping the peace and not making anyone uncomfortable.

If by legwork you mean stopping anyone from telling any other side of the story than the in group, which was my original complaint. Apparently this post is harassment and im stirring up shit and got banned in less than 12 hours. very reasonable

Yeah they monitor this sub forum for anyone who makes complaints about how they run things, then they use that as pretext to ban you.

The troll from a few posts ago is almost certainly a particular senior discord staff member. Let that sink in. They think their writing mannerisms, patterns and motivations can't be contextually identified. :facepalm:

If a forum staff did that in discord they would be censured.

Come on bro we both know that would go nowhere. Its not like im actually offended or something. I just think that is unacceptable behavior for a senior staff member. They are intentionally trying to create division and drama, and would you argue that is not the exact opposite someone in their role should do?
