SR17 is a miracle. The hype is real.

You didn't answer my question. You deflected and said absolutely nothing. Ill ask you again What would you call a drug(not an opiate or any specific drug. A drug that nobody knows exists.) that gets you to detox with little withdrawal
I absolutely did and will answer again --- oh you added qualifiers so I have to act if SR-17018 has ANY affect on opi receptors? partial counts. If it does touch those receptors I would call it a tapering tool. If it doesn't I would call it a mystery that I wouldnt ingest for the love of god until more research comes out.

Pretty positive it does tickle the opi receptors though --- so ANY OPIOID/ATE
.
I was using over 500mg... half gram... same thing.
No it isn't even REMOTELY THE SAME THING. 500 mgs of fentanyl and a HG of "Street dope" are WAY DIFFERENT DOSAGES..... Ill ask you this way, could you OD at least 200 times on that HG if you had no tolerance? Thats 500mgs fent

or could you possibly overdose 5 to 10 times on 500mgs if you had no opi tolerance --- THAT is street dope.
I do not believe I said no withdrawals but I didn't proof read it.

I cant speak on getting off sr and I never claimed that I could. I am down to one 50mg dose a day. But I will let you know when I stop taking it.

Cool so you tapering opi's with an unusual substance and singing the praises of it before the actual test.

CARE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS

500mg = half gram... Not sure why you are talking about how many times someone could OD?

WHAt QUESTIONS?

I think it worth mentioning two things.

1)SR17018 still produced psychological addiction in animal models and both tolerance and physical dependence in primate models
2)In overdose, SR17018 kills in the same way as classic opioids i.e. respiratory collapse (with added cardiovascular collapse).

I've taken a look and people are selling 30mg and 50mg tablets. How does this work with the incredibly specific titration various pages claim will work without fail?

It's synthetically complex, expensive and of low potency so people buying it just once makes absolutely no economic sense.

On the other hand, we know that in higher doses it produces similar subjective effects to similarly potent classical opioids so it doesn't half look as if the real plan was to make use of the safety paradox so people could think to themselves 'well, I can take this for a buzz - it doesn't produce physical dependence after all...' only to discover that oh dear, tolerance means each time a person needs to take more until they OD.

I'm entirely unsurprised that it's a schedule 1 drug. It didn't take a lot of googling to note that the large vendors all sell pills and several sell kratom as well. These are people who sell product for PROFIT and couldn't care less what people choose to believe as long as the money rolls in.

Altruism has no part of the matter. The goal was always to use the safety paradox so people would buy MORE, not less.

I was able to get pills and powder but this was over a month ago.

What do you think about preclinical studies in mice show it can "reverse" or clear pre-existing analgesic tolerance to traditional opioids like morphine while preventing withdrawal symptoms?

All schedule 1 drugs must be bad! The DEA told me.

Does it make you feel good to make up bullshit online trying to combat someone who is trying to help? Because that was all this post was supposed to be about.

My guess is that in not so far future, we will have some threads about addiction to this SR17 stuff. Hopefully without any nasty and now unexpected side effects.

I agree, but that could happen with all new drugs coming out. I do think drugs that have the worst withdrawals usually cause the most damage.

Yeah, you totally lost me there, replying to the thoughtful post above yours with a question about a mouse trial.
He has been acting as if sr is just another opiate. I asked him what he would call a drug that could get off opiates with little withdrawal? All I got for an answer was something about how you could do that with tapering any opiate. I know many people who struggle kicking even with the smallest of doses. So I would say the demonstrably false. I clarified and still got the old walk around. But he was saying he answered my question.

Where did those people go? I am here and can try to answer whatever questions.

I do not think that severity of WD is so important. Some drugs (cocaine, MDMA) cause damage without causing exceptionally difficult WD process.
However, we will see.

Your ignorance is showing.

500mgs of pharmaceutical grade fentanyl, were you taking 500 mgs of fentanyl a day?

OR

Were you copping 5 packs of 100 mgs of powder of which idk maybe 10-15mgs may be each? (Someone help me out, what is the average purity of street fent, fuck google is faster)
Damn I know the market -- The average purity of street-level fentanyl powder typically ranges between 10% and 12.5%, --- that shit was a total guess, thought I better be responsible and run a google.

So 50-65mgs fent a day or 500 mgs a day ---- Please tell me you see how that is relevant and a pertinent question

You know, the [IGNORE] button is ever so handy.

I don't really know what the argument is although it does seem from the half I can read that someone's argument is 'well it work's for ME' which is fine, but a cohort size 1 has no statistical value. I've provided hyperlinks to all of the extant papers on SR17018 which everyone is free to read.

I can't provide links to the sellers I've found but I also posted more details on another one of the mushrooming number of threads and the very first seller provided a CoE which identified the sample not as SR17018 but rather as a positional isomer. This is precicely the 'mystery powder game' I keep referencing. Either by accident or design the producers are selling a related compound. Now I don't know how US law would deal with this but even if it's not SR17018, in the UK we would still class this as 'intent to supply' but to provide a CoE that clearly shows the sample WASN'T SR17018 does rather suggest buyers are not well informed - the sheer CHEEK to provide a CoE that SHOWS that the product is not as stated amazed me.

But I noted all of the sellers who had the equipement to produce tablets (in a choice of flavours, FFS) are selling tablets. So exactly how does that tie in with some dubiously specific schedule? Clearly it doesn't. The goal isn't that people stop using, the goal is that people fall into the safety paradox and think they are abusing a 'safe' opioid so take MORE.

I agree, it does appear to be quite a lot safer than most classic opioids but it certainly can produce fatal overdoses and here in the UK we had our own mini-epidemic triggered by clinicians forcably moving patients from codeine or dihydrocodiene to tramadol on masse. Clinicians became so focussed on tramadol being 'non-addictive' that they blinded themselves to the fact it was still toxic.

So typically people who might take a strip (10 x 30mg) of codeine for a mild buzz sort of guessed that a strip of tramadol (10 x 50mg) would be roughly the same. They were wrong.

We also discovered that tramadol reduced seizure thresholds out of all proportion to it's potency so the patient who yes, may have well controlled epilspsy could cautiously be prescribed codeine had their prescription substituted for tramadol... but the clinicians hadn't noted that the seizure risk was far more significant so seizures were quite common.

I would guess it likely that it would take a large dose of SR17018 to reliably kill but just look back. If an opioid can be abused, it will be abused. Diphenoxylate, loperamide, kratom and I'm sure I'm only scratching the surface. Who takes buprenorphine for fun?! But apparently some people do... So any argument based on 'well it works for me' is selfish. It's ignoring the fact that we have evidence and reports stating that at high doses SR17018 behaves much like a classical opioid which if people think is 'safe' may swap to.

Last time I checked street fentanyl had a mean purity of about 10% but regional differences were large. But 15% is top end - 100% would be fatal and who is going to sell pure when there is ten times more profit in cutting it?

I guess there are examples across the board. I was thinking more in line with benzos and alcohol. Obviously, coming down from coke and MDMA can be brutal. But do you think the long term effects are any worse than any other substances?

So you are this upset because I did not find out the exact strength and calculate the exact amount I was using? Obviously, a half gram of street dope is not equal to pure fentynal from the lab. I guess I figured I wasn't talking to amatures on here. I clearly stated I was using over a half gram. I wasn't copping tiny amounts and I am not going to explain it any further.

I figured people understood that street drugs come in all strengths.

It is crazy the amount of haters that have shown up to attempt to disprove my experience. I was only trying to help. I didn't realize so many people on these forums would be actively trying to hold other people back?

Something tells me the actual shills are the ones pushing back.
