SR17 is a miracle. The hype is real.

i think trying out Iboga might be a better idea than the mystery powder game

I think I see what you mean. I've read a few small studies and it seems that often there is at least one fatality. But these were generally people for whom the potential benefits made the risk worthwhile.

But however I slice up SR 17018, it makes no economic sense or scientific sense.

SR1017 has a Ki of 11 (morphine has a Ki of 14nM for comparison) so while it MAY benefit people consuming opioids of moderate potency, with potent ligands, there is a problem. Internization of receptors is the major driver of 'tolerance'.

You cannot 'rewire' that which no longer exists.

That's why I warned people that of the five chemists I've known who made fentanyl and broke 'rule 1', 2 are dead, 2 are (still) in jail and the last who was more of a hanger-on than a chemist was still in the acute phase of withdrawal after a year. For people in that position, substitution isn't a realistic option.

That's why my pragmatic response to the fentanyl/nitazene/4PP epidemic in North America that the 1c derivative of R-4066 should be explored. It's around x106 M in terms of analgesic activity with a half-life of 17.6 hours. Both figures from rodent models so these can only be rough estimates.

But to me it comes as no surprise that such potent compounds are essentially a 'one way street'. We don't consider what we mean when we say 'dependent' and 'tolerant' because in fact with all opioids two mechanisms compete but the second is only significant when high affinity/long mean receptor-occupancy time ligands are involved.

yeah and you can mitigate the heart stuff in a couple ways, but even if not, shits pretty proven to work at this point, better than common therapies at least and alot of opioid addicts currently risk their lifes daily smoking whatever carfentanyl analouge is on the streets at the time

Actually I don't even know what this SR shit is, everytime I saw it flashing about on the top of this screen I thought it had to do with SR13 insurance which I found strange that this site was advertising something like that on here. But seriously save me some time researching it what is it pill, tea how does it help with wds?
Its a new experimental compound found by a researcher in the 2010s i think, which is notable in that it didnt produce intoxication in rats while still being active in the opioid system and keeping withdrawl away. Moreover, it activly decreased the tolerance of these rats like they werent taking anything.

This lead to in the last couple years, addicts guinie piging themselfs with this compound to get clean and it becoming quite popular, possibly heavily propped up by the grey market industry that produces it. Now, is it a miracle? no. Is it interesting? yes. Are there alot of worries and unseen risks with it? Also yes, 4DQSR has been very strong in pointing those out and arguing in all the threads regarding SR17, so it might be worth a read to you.

Thats the cliffnotes, i'd like to reiterate my Iboga suggestion, if you risk your life daily already and dont have heart problems, might be worth a look.

What would you call a drug that could get you off fetty with very little withdrawals?

Its a research chem that could possibly banned very soon. Using sr to get off fetty has made the wds completely managable. I was able to get decent sleep, no restless legs, no stomach cramps. Which I know sounds absolutely crazy. I wouldn't have believed it was true before I used it.
Hes selling something, i saw this freak on reddit post the same exact shit. He also dmed me both on here and reddit trying to link me to a shop. Gtfoh you scum bag fuck.
Why are you lying? You might have seen a post of mine on reddit but I have never messaged anyone about any site. I would think seeing my post over on reddit would lead people to believe it? Instead they automatically look at every possible way they can invalidate my claim.

I can not understand peoples mentality anymore Never in my life have I never been so angry to the point that I am lying online about a drug that could possibly help a lot of people.

We do not have to live this way!

The title reads like an ad/commercial because it is.

How about this --- How much SR 17 are you taking to come off a half g a day of fent? do you mean 500mg of fent or 5 points of street dope/fent?

You do understand the true test is when you stop taking the SR 17 AND have no withdrawals?.......Till than you got a maintenence drug and any opiate/oid would do at sufficient dosages for that.

It probably will get banned as anything with opi activity in the brain is due to idiots and overconsumers -- greedy vendors -- shills --- etc

Personally I hope it does not get banned as any tool to help someone get off dope if they want to is thumbs up in my book --- the fact it costs 5x more to make or whatever is something worth considering, the producers are not altruists almost surely. (Surely)

I have to agree with this post, they also signed up and right away got to talking about it and yet I haven't read anything about what it actually is and how it blocks opiate receptors or whatever. But also why would someone promote it, maybe this is really a user's advice but maybe also a snake oiler. Is this sh expensive?

Well, I was under the impression that in cohorts who were refrative to multiple other detoxifications protocols it was 'better'.

It almost seems that it produces a near-death experience and it's well recorded that near-death experiences seem to share the trait of being of immense value to a (significant) minority but difficult to measure.

That in no way underplays the fact that for some it may represent their best hope.

Yea maybe I should of proof read it before I posted it. For what it does, it is actually insanely cheap! If you are on opiates. How much would something be worth, If it helps you get clean?

One of the great things about Bluelight is that instead of dismissing new members we have conversations with them.

Still waiting for @TheplugsPLUG to help me understand why getting sober with affordable FDA approved remedy stacks, professional help, building a support network, and practicing self-control is not the better way to go? How is that not a better route to travel than buying drug research chemicals to get off of drugs (which honestly just does not make sense).

You seem to ask more questions than provide answers. We are looking for answers.. or is this just a hype?

I am engaging -- or I tried to at least.... None of the questions I asked were addressed by fella. I answered his question of what would ya call a drug that can get ya off fent with little withdrawals...

But noted I will him spread the gospel here...

You're having a conversation with him, is what it looks like. It might look different than a typical conversation because as you noted he is asking more than answering. Seems he is confused about if SR even helps and how.

You didn't answer my question. You deflected and said absolutely nothing. Ill ask you again What would you call a drug(not an opiate or any specific drug. A drug that nobody knows exists.) that gets you to detox with little withdrawals?

I was using over 500mg... half gram... same thing.

I do not believe I said no withdrawals but I didn't proof read it.

I cant speak on getting off sr and I never claimed that I could. I am down to one 50mg dose a day. But I will let you know when I stop taking it.

What are you talking about? I am not here to shit on anyone who is taking control of their life and getting clean. I do not care how they go about it. Whatever works is cool with me. It seems, you and a couple others are people with an issue on how someone tries to get clean.

Do you think the FDA cares more about your well being or their bottom line? This chemical was discovered very recently. Chemicals must be discovered before they can be made legal. In case you didn't know.

How exactly do you want me to prove its not hype?
