Bro,( mate?) now I wanna watch, Braveheart for the 100th time, lol.
I have been around and seen a lot of bad things. But I never saw a anyone fire it up( smoke weed, aka cannabis, and get violent or gone into wd/s from running out).
I know that for a long time; drug use was not a major issue in The UK.( the laws were changed in 1964, from what I read)?
I can understand some of the concerns; however there seems to be a huge stigma placed on recreational drug use.
However, violence and trouble seem to be a regular part of heavy alcohol abuse. I am not violent or abusive, (when I drank a lot).
The laws that were passed, this century, only seemed to turn in the UK into a place that has turned drug users into pariahs and made drunkards more acceptable in society. ( yeah there was stuff, done in the 20th century)
Yeah, I admit that in the past, that would've included me. Alcohol, the acceptable drug, lol.
It does scare me when I watched crime documentaries in the UK.
It seems like they can just arrest and put people in jail for suspicion.
In America, they have to have a real charges and be able to prove a case before aresting and detaining a person for more than 72 hours.
Honestly, there would would be 1000's of dead cops, if they were try holding people on mere suspicion for long periods of time.
What, ruin my life because you think I might have a connection to some crime? Arrest and detain a person without a valid arrest warrant and not go before a judge in less than 72 hours? Automatic dismissal and a huge lawsuit. Also there are people here, who would make them pay, dearly for that shit.
That is wrong, but it would happen. Unless they have a case that they can legally prosecute, then they can't hold you.
Also, if the cops come and want to question you; you can say do you have a warrant for my arrest?
If not, you can tell them to fuck off.
If they harass you; videotape it and sue them. They will, settle out of court if they violated your rights.
