I assume this general formula works for all benzo's?
Bit more info on receptor recovery below which is a factor for the halflife, which is interesting because the was I read it it's more than just half life elimination, I think you also need to wait for your receptors to recover after that or the lack of returning to baseline will cause your system to adapt to a higher GABA-A level, meaning you'll need/want/think about having Xanax just to feel normal even if you wait for it to fully leave your system. You also need to take account of YMMV etc. Also repeated use has an effect, and timing of it does too, you can gradually build up plasma levels overtime even with longer breaks that you would expect
So I think the number would be more like 5.3 days for halflife + 5.5 days receptor recovery so average 11 to 12 days - note this is the average
