Hey guys I'm 27 years old from Kentucky. I got out of jail in February and am on probation. I stayed clean for about 3 months after which I picked back up on heroin. I am not using mgm-15 and Vyvanse tonight cause the mgm-15 And or the H is making me WD like hell. It feels l
Worst then heroin. I'm in hell mentally and physically. No one wants to be around me including my own family. Honestly I'm okay with going back to jail cause I'm getting dillusional some days and am getting combative. I think about fighting with the law and I think about running and acting crazy even though I haven't did anything. I have been WD like hell most days but paranoia and mental status sucks rn. I feel like I may need to go to a rehab but I'm scared the law will see that as an admission of guilt to the PO. At this point I live better in jail anyways. All my friends are there. I just can't get along on the street. I keep fucking up. I'm throwing my hands up. Any advice is welcome. Would love to talk to a professional till I can get to one physically.

Also will a 150mg or high dose of vyvanse while in severe opioid WD deadly or can it produce a stroke or seizure due to a already high BP?

Idk boys the vyvanse feels like it helps but also makes me feel slightly uncomfortable almost like the BP symptoms of WD is worst. Idk though. Just feels a lot harsher on me then usual. A headache that seems to lighten and then get worst. Comes and goes.

Your body is under strain form the withdrawals, but you're likely covering up some of the dysphoric feelings of withdrawal with a very different type of euprhoria.

Some people use stims to overcome opioid withdrawal, but typically lasts a day or so at most.

It ain't necessarily deadly unless you're in poor health.

This dude( who hates me) is actually a professional in this sort of field. He probably has learned all about this and at least textbook knowledge.
He is someone with at least some credentials.

If you want to change your lifestyle you may need extra support to assist you in your endeavor. On the positive side, you realize your present lifestyle is causing harm to yourself and people you care about. Getting clean will help clear the way for change but it will take commitment on your part to make it happen.

This is not an admission of guilt, this is you taking responsibility for your life.

@zacho559 - you've gotta really want sobriety. And have the will to try a new life style, out of jail. We can't implant those wants artificially into your brain - that won't help you - you'll need to really lay out your vision for your better future and make small concrete steps to get there.

Good luck, you can do this it is clear that you can.

The world outside of prison has a lot to offer. It will take time to reap the benefits but the potential to be happy is limitless.

Surround yourself with positive influences.

I signed up for an account just so I could reply to you. I'm glad that you spoke up and asked for help. That is a true will to leap into a more harmonious chapter of your life. I can see so many others wrote out their support as well. So I am glad you can be supported by this global community.

Listen,

You Matter!!!!

From my system of awareness. I look at the "energies" of things rather than just the physicality of it. What people sometimes label "addictions" are more than just a chemical dependency. It's also what happens while you are in certain "states" and the relationships you have built with "energies" while in those states. No one , no thing wants to "No longer exist" They fight to be "here" so they will constantly taunt you into using again because it's only through that frequency that they exist more fully. I feel that you should follow the suggested and approved detox protocol that is healthy for you. I also feel that you need to identity shift, cord up, cleanse and get some way showers on your team. As your environment sounds "stained" You can get in touch and I can help you handle one aspect of your phoenix path. You will conquer this if you will it to be. It has no choice but to yield and every tool that shapes your new reality shall be given to you. You must knows this. Also be aware that every thought that enters your mind is not all from you. Everytime you feel overwhelmed during these moments take a nice shower and add a bit of salt to your final rinse before you exit the bathroom. I am here to speak further when time permits. Keep well. YOU GOT THIS! You are loved!!!!

First off, congrats to you on wanting to get sober! This is the hardest step in recovery. I tried to get clean many times to no avail. It wasn’t until I truly wanted it that I achieved it. I’ve been addicted to different things during different phases of life. Opioid pain killers, heroin, Xanax, and surprisingly crack for a short time. Methadone saved my life. If you need some support feel free to holla at ya girl in the DM’s. Proud of you, you got this !!
