Looking at location clicking reveals it. Very Very very worrying Thats were i used to live be for moving and going cloack dagger The site the pic on iMGGB is via via G

First time ever on @Cheshire_Kat 'edge city' as location which redirects to the NL area Rotterdam/ amsterdam den-Hague and Utrecht area. Weird i thought revealing/ disclosing privacy. Was just cheecking which time zone the prerson lived. Then i checked mine Ganja cat delta. By clicking same sort of happened. Revealed my former living location worrying No ACCAPTEABLE. Thats far from good that Bluelight displays that kinda info. Feeded by Google .

narrowed it down a location were in public transport might have logged in using Android on my mobile the more reasonable explanation.

No reason to keep that pic up :mad:even that was shamefully misinterpreted. Go and .. your moms ...

'edge city'
Edge City was the counterculture world of Ken Kesey, the Acid Tests, the Merry Pranksters, and their transition in the mid 1960s
That odd time between the North Park Beatniks and the newly born Hippy/ Deadhead world.
Nothing to do with Amsterdam, LOL.

Edge City

So there's always, "that" ...

^ exactly.

we did not disclose your location, emkee, but you did.

by way of more background, by default, xenforo formats the location text as a clickable link. when clicked, it redirects users to an external mapping service (like google maps) with the user's custom text entered into the search bar. the data revealed is entirely based on what the user voluntarily typed into their profile's "location" custom field. it does not track a user's live physical coordinates or ip address.

Can please some one click location.

Who the fuck cares were i live. If that even was my location you didn t read @alasdairm same for @Cheshire_Kat when i clicked your location and re framed the time window i kinda guessed you didnt use EU time. It as pretty obvious you were in a diff time zone.

Despite the fact remains that when clicking location it displays google. I Just took a pick.

"you revealed your place yourself" what the fuck is this place really getting this geriatric. This is seriously bothering. Dont you have a standard of at least this privacy. Google infesting Bluelight dont bother you ? Administrators.

Hope there is some decent replys when i open my eyes seriously.

when somebody clicks your location, we open a link to google maps and seed the search with "ganja_cat_delta" which is the text you entered in your public profile.

there's no privacy issue.

if you come back with a follow up questions, phrase it civilly or don't bother.

Gonna report this issue bunk reply

you dont get the issue not in a bit obviously. We is not you it s bluelight. Is it in the BLUA that a anonymous location should be done by Google the question. When clicking location and leading to hidden location ? Maybe if it is we should get rid of it.

Took me a long time to just say it this site is getting ... slower on the act

The 'keep civil' and 'disclosing thing' diverting Look into it .. deeper. I disclosed that on purpose better then showing the supposed last area where @Cheshire_Kat lived. Lots of love for the site and that other shit privacy. Bit of prove will help tech staff figure this one out. I kow what di am doing nothing personal AFAIK

Think about it Bluelight location anonymous redirecting to a possible location via Google maps. The great big friend that in a thread so called not even displays this site. In a search

I ended up in Magdalena. Go figure.

I'm actually moving to my Safe House ...... so that everyone can be safe from Me.

:lowrider:

It says the zip code helps a lot though. Go figure. Who really knows. 🤪

eh..... when i click OP's location "ganja cat delta" it reveals a map of my home town trying to find info about ganja cat delta and the distance from my home town to a place that doesn't exist "ganja cat delta"... maybe the OP is confused and when they click the location they meant to be an imaginary location, they think it's revealing a map to the public and it's just google on their computer trying to find the closest location of "ganja cat delta" to a location that's set on google maps to just the OP's computer.

I couldn't have said it better if I tried.

Good Job !!

##IT happens. Lol.

When i click it brings me to the spot were i logged into Bluelight in public transport once. On my android which is permanently logged into Google. On my PC no G location tags. So what has Bluelight with Google.

Why does clicking location do that, i didn t ask for that ! Didnt even know or i be on it earlier. Google doesnt even portay this site but clicking that location thing activates it. Get rid of it i d say the Xenforo

start the vid 1st 0:42 ;)

edge city : according to that location thing Xenforo is in Amsterdam. Also refers to a the whole district.
"Rim City" or "Edge City") is a roughly crescent- or arc-shaped conurbation in the Netherlands, but i get its the geo tag that works with Google is reposable. Still i knew Cheshire is not Dutch. Pretty obvious time zone difference is tell able from how people post.

When i am crashing bad maybe that s @Ki3ly the high indicator refers to ? Was crashing badly take my last meds at 16:00 sometimes 19:00 the last dose after that its ADHD territory. Dextro-Amphetamine doesnt have the rebound of MPH but the effect is significant. So high and Low indicator. But people on the site can deduce that themselve. EU timezone so 1 hour ahead of UK and 6 with the US.

I always have to bed first and thats not fair. We should make the Earth flat hence that thread about one clock on Bluelight. People have a idea on someone time zone. Withouh Google/ Xenforo Geo tacking the location. Nah that no good if i was high this would make low. Feel still in the middle bit more rested. they worked on the freeway after midnight.

One good thing [we should seek a altenative for eventually, or buy up G collectively and reform that shit] Youtube.

Am Low, on a scale pretty high to. Temperature wise, tail end of a heat wave 7+ days of 30 C. wasnt that 90 F. ended first night of. They decided to do the work on the road after midnite. Which i get, getting people do that during daytime would have been barbaric.

They worked till ~ 4:00 the work sort of passing. Heat does has something ... a who cares effect. Learned that this week. If you would have seen what i didnt post. :ROFLMAO:

Kept it very cool imo

Didnt by accident reveal my location that was to let see what happened. Topic attention and some backup visuals. Removed it as i dont want my Imggb account being blocked its owned by the g-industry. I log in via them. Got the screen shot no longer needed as you already explained it.

This is definitely not true. Already explained that part a bit in my other posts. It does, unasked and like always its not perfect, YET :eek:obvious or it would have given my real location.

Alasdair this is bad shit believe me. The reason for pushing that report button get the digi crew in.

🤙
