Hey
@Alfonso_Camarga
good for you for looking out for your friend. I'm sure that if I had friends, they would worry about me in the same way (sobs uncontrollably).
It is very difficult to make a judgement call when there are four different drugs in the mix. As you likely know, drugs affect us, they affect each other, they affect us in a way that then makes other drugs have a different affect... it gets complicated.
I'm going to guess you are meaning 100mg - 150mg Gabapentin? This drug does not come in such small doses.
The Diazepam (Valium) dosage of 5mg is really not anything to worry about. This is a very low dosage that many of us would not even feel.
Kratom, in short, is an Opioid agonist pretty much just like any other. It is relatively mild when it is consumed in raw plant form, though there is now a proliferation of very high potency extracts being sold as Kratom, namely 7-Hydroxymitragynine. There is a big difference between using Kratom leaf and using these synthetic analog products.
Trazodone is pretty harmless, especially at prescribed dosages. They prescribe it to people for sleep pretty frequently, though I never at all cared for it.
The biggest issue is the Alcohol. He is consuming relatively low dosages of the above-listed drugs, however, if he were to say, go on a severe binge and come close to Alcohol poisoning, I'm sure these relatively modest dosages, especially considering the synergy between Opioids, Benzodiazepines and Alcohol, then I do not doubt they could all comew together to create a letha;l situation.
It all really depends upon how much he drinks. That's the wild card here.
