šŸ¤ Cultural šŸ¤ What Was Your Morning Fix v. Hit The Bottle & Go Right To The Rock

What's up everyone?
Today is my favorite day of the month, that is to say, refill day! So once again, I am marching with the pharmy army to the cadence of:
200 mg methadone
0.5 mg alprazolam
3200 mg gabapentin
120 mg adderall
Various uninteresting psych and medical pharms

Got some new projects for work this week so I'm about to rock those out. Stay safe all!

Yesterday went a tiny bit up after a no so nice 12 hours; down again today, waking up p good but feel my muscles tensing up again, so:
25 mg dph
5 mg Diazepam
4,2 g red Kratom
600 mg NAC/ACC
No Pregabalin planned today, let's see...

Don’t you just love it when you just finished a relaxed wake & bake and suddenly there’s two police cars’ worth of armed cops violently knocking on the door of the building you live in?😭

Love how all of my worst paranoid fears always come true except not fully. Luckily they were looking for someone else, but that scared the living shit out of me :’)

- Banana punch joint
- bunch of vaped weed

And chain smoking cigarettes. Ngl, relieve in itself is a pretty good high. Hope y’all having a chiller morning aha

It's like 3pm, but
Sertraline 200mg
Gabapentin 1200mg
Loperamide 96mg*

I knowwwwww, but it's a billion fucking degrees and I refuse to do opioid wd when I'm already THIS uncomfortable

Cup of good morning America.

Wanted to trip 4-aco-dmt today but not feeling it. Don't enjoy it unless I can be alone for most of it.

Gonna have a few cocktails and pints of beer while I watch movies today in a bit.

What exactly is a billion degrees to y'all there in the U.K.?

Heat index of 100F here where I'm at today lol. Fuckin' humidity and stale air...

Like 93 in F...but it's VERY different heat. I've been abroad in heat like 110+F and been fine. Something to do with humidity and being an island.

Seriously, I've been Egypt and the 40C (104F) heat was noticably more tolerable than literally 25C (77F) is in the UK.
^Actually, when I was in (I can't remember if it was Cairo or Alexandria) it got as high as 113F...and that was probably equal to 77F in England. Very weird, but true.

Oh I know all about living in humid environs. I think people here in the Southern U.S. get so obese because 1) long distances, can't be walking and 2) it's so humid year round that spending time outdoors is damn near imossible, you'll get heat stroke.

Desert environs are much better. Or even just far inland enough that the humidity dies down... I recollect loving summer in NW Arkansas, but I hate it where I live now.

I recall seeing a sign posted in Ireland near Dublin at a park warning of 'insects' lol. We can't have windows open here without having mosquito screens, the house would be invaded in ten seconds by 100s of bugs.

I thought DDT eradicated mosquitos in North America? Or am I thinking of just Maleria-as-carried-by-mosquitos?

Are bugs why "screen doors" are a thing in the US? I've never seen or heard of them anywhere else.

Hmm...I was always confused about how people can be obese in hot environments. 'Cause I usually weigh like 120 in the Winter and 105 in the summer just naturally 'cause the heat kills my appetite. I just want icy drinks and occasionally ice cream. But I guess if you have air con in your home, you don't get that effect, just no-excerise-outdoors.
Doesn't the heat make people wanna have less body fat to not overheat so bad, though? I'm on Thorazine and it fucks up your bodies ability to maintain temporature, so I've legit hotten heatstroke in 80F while drinking ice water before and it's HORRIBLE. I imagine obese people experience a similar thing in heat.

^Goddamn it, I said "bugs" instead of "insects"*, you people are Americanizing me  :P

*Bugs = microscopics such as bacteria and viruses; Insects = the creepy crawly thing you can definitely see

Definitely not gone. We don’t have maleria but mosquitos get so numerous you can swing your hand and kill a dozen down south toward the swampland.

Most definitely. I just bought a new home and the front and back doors have screen doors outside so you can keep them open in nice weather but not let bugs in.

i guess they just don’t give a fuck. Bigger cars, bigger a/c units, bigger homes. I’m a thin guy but it’s just my metabolism. Most people I know are far heavier than the majority of folks I’ve seen when I was across the pond lol

ā€œThe only good bug is a dead bug!ā€

Had a minor slip that I already paid for, but I'm back on schedule:
