Yes, it's Agmatine. You're supposed to take it 45 minutes before exercising, as it increases blood flow (pump effect, which I didn't even try tho, lol) and metabolism. I notice some sort of hot feeling and the fact it gives me a starving sensation and when I don't eat a lot it makes me nauseous. - But that's me being a stick in the landscape (that's how we put it at least) and having pathologically low body fat to begin with. It's not like it's increasing appetite or something, it's just my experience that if I don't eat (a lot) then, I'll fall into the nausea- starvation cycle. So that's clearly a sign that it is burning some energy on it's own, even without exercise...

Yesterday I reduced the second dose to 3 g and woke up with bone pain today, so trying to keep up the dose reduction by cutting some of the morning dose ( so the afternoon dose can go up a bit instead). And I'm so done with the Kratom extracts!
