Oh, crazy. But it proves my thoughts about Crystal + smoking powdered 97% pure Hydromorphone and adding weed to it also is godlike high.
 
I'd say meth with heroin blues and pregabalin with some alcohol no come down but you Wasting blues not needed I'd say meth and heroin uk heroin not what u get in states
 
Has anyone done something like an IV shot of 4-MMC, DCK or MXE and some DMT or some sort of tryptamine. Maybe even hydromorphone or levorphanol on top and 200 - 500ug nicotine in the shot.

That sounds like something id probably find to be the best thing ever, SNDRA, Disso, Psych, Opioid, nicotine. Not sure if the Opioid would take away from the experience though

Seem like reasonable somewhat conservative dosages
All in the same syringe

Optional 3mg hydromorphone + 500ug nicotine in there as well and inhale nitrous right after
 
I love 4-mmc, the great and beautiful M-CAT, unfortunately not available that much here plus I can't be desiring to search peddlars of such at moment, it's all HCl, crack, opioids+ synthetics, hash weed, Molly and xtc pills, speed,
Snorted MCAT, bombed MCAT , smoked MCAT and personally I would never dare IV it, seems a wee bit too dangerous, old cunt I am, brave? Maybe! But pinning MCAT seems a step beyond bravdo. I know paranoid boring old cunt I am🤣

these psychedelics combine with mxe left a lasting impression on me. the beauty of the experience, the cascading waterfall glistening across my visual field. it was the most beautiful thing i had seen.

also the tail end of mdma + IM ketamine was like lucid dreaming, usually listening to burial in my headphones.
 
I don't do psychiez anymore, prefer what some people call psychedelic art in my living space, more controlled and in ways dosed, ie I can take down a picture, poster, etc when I have "come down " of it as in the chill and ambience has been enough, as one problem with liberty caps, peyote, truffle (philosophers etc) , certain cactus flesh and juices, babywoodrose seeds, LSD, LSA etc etc you can't always suddenly switch them off or come down, admittedly sometimes some people fund that more fun and an experience or even a challenge and wish to experience that challenge!! ( I used to, quite a fair bit for my position back in the day) But for me nowadays a bit of art and some funky lighting which I can switch off from and off 🤐🤣 does fine. It can seem motnotonus and samey but it's my living space, my rules. Everybody is different, I'm thinking about going evening classes to do art and possibly create some work to swap, haggle, barter with some else for some, elevates sameness of same art around me and no matter what people say if my art is interesting or in certain ways good, I don't like it around me for too long after finishing and producing a final piece or pieces.

I'm not brave anymore either 🤷. I didn't even know you could shoot nicotine - would guess it's not very safe... K, 2-fdck iv'd both and wouldn't want it anymore. Always left me with headache and feeling poisoned.
Never had sleep issues with truffles or shrooms, rather couldn't stay awake long enough to even finish the color- show... (Too much) LSD was an issue though.
@Ex-Cracker: I think it's cool. I'm currently ruined enough health-wise to not even want to shoot H anymore, beware of anything else. My interest in psychs was practically erased by opioid addiction and thus I'm way more boring than you cause I don't do anything as a replacement either. Still going to do some acid/salvia today because I don't want to relapse on day one after my SR-17018 taper. I ran out before finishing it properly, so that's an issue...💀

Surprisingly Nicotine was well tolerated and enjoyable IVed in studies. They went up to 1.5mg which seems a bit high.

Although I also read about another guy who overdid it and was blinded temporarily and started spazzing out during the rush… Probably what insects feel like when they die from nicotinic compounds…

I guess if a person doesn't want to IV it then they could trying boofing. Start out with a Virginia Slim, though
 
I've never heard of a lot of these. IV nicotine? My main issue with all this stuff is that the dosage is not well documented.

So my personal opinion is meth + GHB , but I know a couple people who blackedout on that and again it's because of dosage. GHB is so incredibly sensitive.

I enjoy reading all your fun combos, but its important to remember the degree of subjectivity, difference in tolerance and preferences when it comes to drug combinations. So be careful when trying out things suggested in this thread. I myself am probably guilty for suggesting some outlandish or pure preference combos lol
