Well without needing to invent a brand new design I can tell you that podilfen is an effective vasodilator that is made from MDP2P. The piperazine precursor is from peratizole.

NL6601699 idem Volker Koppe, et al. US3489757 (1970 to Merck Ag E).

That should be good enough for our needs. But there is another compound I want to show you.

Mefeclorazine also looks like a fairly decent compound although this functions as an antipsychotic. The ortho-chlorophenylpiperazine moiety also appears for enpiprazole & KMUP-1.

Another structure very similar to mefeclorazine is called LASSBio-772.
