Meth IV meth dosing

Though maybe 10 years ago or so, I was highly addicted to meth, I managed to loosen its grip and create some distance. Im 99% sober now because once every year or 3, I drop by to see how she's doing and I make a pit stop here at these forums with questions....

So towards the end of my season as a regular meth user, naturally I gravitated toward the needle. I was seeking a more intense high so badly that I essentially took a blind leap into the unknown. That being said, years later (many) Ive just now looked up what the popular "recommended doses" are from fellow users. And wow!. Holy shit.

If Im not mistaken, 20cc is 2ml? For anything less than. 5g? Doesn't sound right...

But if they meant .2cc... thats terrifying!

Back when I was IV'ing regularly, granted I never did the research or even weighed the product. Id crush up a small shard, clean the bottom of a soda can and mix it with the water there, which was also essentially eyeballed. And Im n positive it wasn't no .5g with .2cc of water. Maybe .25g and .5cc water. That would send me. I think the 2 or 3 times I made them "risky" (in my opinion) maybe I just went .3 or .35g, and probably about the same water... I was gone. Im glad I was home because full psychosis in my room.

Guys, what are we dosing our shots with?

Edit: Im also noticing a smell much stronger than I remember before. The mixture of water and meth is strong and unpleasant. Has it always been that way?

1ml syringe is 100cc's. I would dilute it more than they are suggesting because it noticeably burns your veins and they won't last long.

i always loaded the jib into the back of the syringe and then i would pull water into it till all the meth was soaked and pull just a smidge more water in. maybe less than a unit more water tha there was meth in the syringe. then bang. always rocked my fuckin world. so if your crushed job was 25 units i'd pull water in til it was at about 30 units or a little better. blast off

I knew a lad who would always fill his needle full of water and just sloooooowly drip the drug-water into his vein over the course of a half-hour. I guess that's a good way to make the fun last as long as it can, tho i guess u miss the "blast-off" type of rush.

Yes, it´s pretty outrageous isn´t it? People injecting 0.5g-1g of Methamphetamine in one go? It´s hard to imagine. But it happens. We have people on the street right now using enough Fentanyl that they are 10x more Opioid tolerant than anyone on the street 10 years ago. Tolerance is a crazy thing.

I would argue that it´s pretty difficult to get the dose ¨right¨. I think most addicts who inject are just injecting however much they are able to get at once by the time they are at the tail end of their addiction. For reference, I´m not a major Meth user. I´ve used it a few times in my life. I remember buying a gram of Meth years ago. It got me so high that I was up for 4 days and by the end of the fourth day I still had enough left to make me completely psychotic for 48 more hours, so 4-5 days of being totally fucked.

I was just insufflating it too. When you´re injecting, it´s at least 1/3 more potent. Pretty crazy.

I've been out of the game for like 13 years. About to dabble and I think .1g will be plenty. I think the most I did was .7g one time. Felt like blood was coming out of my ass and ears. Looking back it was mostly a warm liquid sensation which I assumed was blood.

For those that know when you over do it you actually get tired. Like your initially stoned as fuck before the "amped part" comes on.

Also in my experience the thickness of the shot was very much related to the potency of the rush. We would put as little as water as we possibly could to get it to be able to shoot. Our aim was "syrup".

.25g could be very different if it was setup with .2cc water vs .5cc water.

I don't recommend going over .2g when taking a.shot
Actually .2 may be too intense
