Thanks. How long did your window last? I had a couple of windows before this one and they lasted hours. However, this one lasted two weeks (during this time I had still experienced brain fog, memory issue, cognitive issue but no anhedonia) so I thought it was going away for good. But then it came back, albeit on a less intense level.I haven’t recovered but had my first window a few weeks ago at 5 months. The anhedonia is now at a less intense level, exactly as you described. First sign for me was laughing, like a real laugh. And genuine smiles.
The window was a few days. I’m still very anhedonic though.Thanks. How long did your window last? I had a couple of windows before this one and they lasted hours. FYI, in my case, I only had windows for anhedonia and akathisia, the brain fog and cognitive/memory issues are very persistent.
2 months now since last injection. I had 1 dose of 100 mg. My akathisia is gone as well. It was terrible in the first month off, I had to pace around for hours and couldn't sit still for more than 10 seconds. The window was a few days. I’m still very anhedonic though.
How long has it been since your last injection?
My akathisia resolved completely in the first few months.
Cognitive/memory issues are persistent for me too. Brain fog is gradually improving. Same with energy levels.
I think the next step in recovery will be to start exercising.
That’s great that you’re seeing results so early. Exercise certainly helps. Lack of motivation due to the anhedonia has been the reason I haven’t yet started running, but I may try again soon.2 months now since last injection. I had 1 dose of 100 mg. I also try to exercise everyday as it boost BDNF levels, which relieve symptoms.
I think having taken only 1 dose at a relatively low concentration probably helped. Right now, I'm still having to deal with the cognitive and memory issue: can't string coherent sentences together like I used to, can't connect ideas very well, issues with both long and short-term memory, heavy feeling in my forehead area that won't go away (clouded brain fog),... However, I'm grateful that anhedonia is less intense now, and only comes in waves instead of being persistent like before. That’s great that you’re seeing results so early. Exercise certainly helps. Invega torture is from the same country as me, he had same amount of loading dosesIn Australia the loading doses are similar to Canada ...150mg + 100mg. I saw plenty of recovery stories from USA even with 3 to 4 injections but that is still less than the loading doses you get in Canada. For example @Invegatorture got a dose of 100mg and 150mg. This is actually less than 200mg of effective paliperidone. @silenthill got 234mg, this is equal to 150mg of effective paliperidone. Even @demileigh who got 4 injections...150mg, 75mg, 75mg, 75mg equals less than 200mg of effective paliperidone. Almost all the people i have seen who recovered in 6 to 9 months had less than 200mg of effective paliperidone. Would like if someone pointed out recovery stories of people with higher doses. Would like to see recovery stories of people with just loading doses from Australia.
sameI'm sick of this
It’s a chain effect: This poison left you agonizing and you cannot anymore take proper care of yourself (shower, brush teeth, etc) in the long term this will lead to teeth issue and even gum inflamation or recession..@Trueart2 does invega cause gum recession? I saw someone say their gums receded but I am not sure if that might be their hygiene
