Ya Allah avenge the souls of the damaged, curse the faith of those who did this to us.

Quran 22:1 is the
first verse of Surah Al-Hajj(The Pilgrimage), which commands humanity to "fear your Lord" because "the quaking of the Hour is a terrible thing". This verse serves as a warning about the Day of Judgment, emphasizing its frightening and awe-inspiring nature.

God I can't pretend anymore every time i see psychiatrist or psychologist like, I'm sick when i was misdiagnose. This is pure hell 3.7 Months and i feel the same as i just got the shoot, one month injection my ass, they will get there bad karma for what they did to us.
Hey I’m three months in and a week. We are in pretty much the same situation. I’ve had no improvements either. I think it’s normal for us to not have any at this time. I’ve never seen a recovery story being three months. The earliest I’ve seen is five months.

Reposting: hi, for those who have recovered, have you experienced symptoms (anhedonia, brain fog) going away for a few weeks or so, and then comes back at a less intense level? If you have, please let us know. Is this the "windows and waves" that everyone is talking about? Can those who have recovered also shed light on the recovery process, what kind of signs should we look out for to know if we are on the right track? Thanks heaps.

In Australia the loading doses are similar to Canada ...150mg + 100mg. I saw plenty of recovery stories from USA even with 3 to 4 injections but that is still less than the loading doses you get in Canada. For example @Invegatorture got a dose of 100mg and 150mg. This is actually less than 200mg of effective paliperidone. @silenthill got 234mg, this is equal to 150mg of effective paliperidone. Even @demileigh who got 4 injections...150mg, 75mg, 75mg, 75mg equals less than 200mg of effective paliperidone. Almost all the people i have seen who recovered in 6 to 9 months had less than 200mg of effective paliperidone. Would like if someone pointed out recovery stories of people with higher doses. Would like to see recovery stories of people with just loading doses from Australia.

My anhedonia is still very strong, but I think my restlessness (akathisia) has eased a fair bit. I’m not sure if it’s just placebo or if signs of early recovery.

I haven’t recovered but had my first window a few weeks ago at 5 months. The anhedonia is now at a less intense level, exactly as you described. First sign for me was laughing, like a real laugh. And genuine smiles.

So i maybe have just to wait 2 years and 8 months starting by today (1 year and 4 months) in this agony before recover?

So they shut down me 7 days after my 28yo anniversary and i will wake up 32yo with 4 years of my life missing.. But I have to endure until this time mentally and psychologically without a collapse or a break?

I’am not superman, i’am already at my “enough” phase. I cannot make it until 4 years.. I’am not strong like that.
No, two years since your injection.

Thanks. How long did your window last? I had a couple of windows before this one and they lasted hours. However, this one lasted two weeks (during this time I had still experienced brain fog, memory issue, cognitive issue but no anhedonia) so I thought it was going away for good. But then it came back, albeit on a less intense level.

FYI, in my case, I only had windows for anhedonia and akathisia, the brain fog and cognitive/memory issues are very persistent.

The window was a few days. I’m still very anhedonic though.

How long has it been since your last injection?

My akathisia resolved completely in the first few months.

Cognitive/memory issues are persistent for me too. Brain fog is gradually improving. Same with energy levels.

I think the next step in recovery will be to start exercising.

2 months now since last injection. I had 1 dose of 100 mg. My akathisia is gone as well. It was terrible in the first month off, I had to pace around for hours and couldn't sit still for more than 10 seconds.

I also try to exercise everyday as it boost BDNF levels, which relieve symptoms.

That’s great that you’re seeing results so early. Exercise certainly helps. Lack of motivation due to the anhedonia has been the reason I haven’t yet started running, but I may try again soon.

Anybody has a good exprience doing weed and SJW together and recovered? I feel like weed can make you recover faster by stimulating the open D2 receptors
