Long term use of antipsychotics causes irreversible harm to the dopamine system. Taking a single injection is like taking the pill every day for many many months.

Over time, permanent changes are made to your brains structure
long term use is considered to be taking the drug for more than 1 year. What is the source of what you are saying and that the changes are irreversible? I am not disputing you, i want to find out where you got that information from. Unless it is personal opinion,if it is personal opinion than what is the opinion based on? Is it based on observing people who recovered from the injections?

One injection is basically like being on the pill for a year. It’s stored in a reservoir/depot and releases slowly over the course of a year at least.

And just google “antipsychotics grey matter” and it’ll talk about the shrinking of the brain and other info

Meh it’s no big deal, us talking about the video games in the thread opens up more people to potentially join us. By playing video games together we’re enhancing and strengthening this community that’s obviously deeply fragmented and fragile.

People want this space to be safe, open, and meant for recovery/development of recovery. But when people take the time to strengthen the safety and openness of said community they have a problem. If you truly/honestly believe the purpose of this community is to voice complaints and get help, why wouldn’t people getting help by communicating and interacting with each other offend someone?

Also, have you seen the masses of people saying BO7 is trash. I’ve been following it online.
I have not. I only watch pro cod youtubers so their opinion on the game is positive. I've enjoyed it quite a lot so far.

We have only messaged about this a few times and people be overeacting. Tbh it's put me off posting here. They forget we got injected ourselves and want a distraction.

Invega makes my body heat up a lot more than usual which makes exercise and physical endeavour very hard. The body heating up also makes the sumptoms of invega worse. I would like to ask @Invegatorture, @paranoid android and others who recovered from invega, did you face the same issue and did it stop. I want to get back to exercising and running but the body constantly heating up has almost killed it. Does thisgo away? , if yes, when? Who else here is facing the same issue?
I did not have this issue

Is the damage completely irreversible?

@Invegatorture and @paranoid android and others who recovered from invega. Did you suffer cognitive difficulties and memory problems during recovery from invega and did you recover from it? @Trueart2 does the invegadoc show that people recover cognitively from invega?

Yup i had cognitive problems mostly adhd type symptoms. There goe now but my memory still aint great cause of benzos

I agree as well, I don't think you should talk privately, to encourage others who are interested to join; I would've joined you guys gaming if it wasn't for the timezone/ping and the bad reviews of bo7. Gaming together brings a sense of community and distracts us from the pain this injection has caused.

I don’t know how you guys are managing to survive. I can’t do anything. I’ve tried playing video games for the past month but the anhedonia is still so bad. At 11 months I really believe my brain is damaged.

You probably don’t want to hear it but I would say yes. But invegatorture got 2 shots and recovered in 9 months so maybe you will also recover
Its not about recovery, i want to know if 2 injections can damage the grey matter to the point where you areno longer cognitively, creatively, and memory wise where you were before the injections. I am a writer, i need a functioning brain. Right now i dont feel my cognition, memory, and creativity/ imagination is where it was before invega. I do eat a lot of fish, almonds, and eggs to prevent brain damage.
I did some searching and ai said that for studies purpose, long term use is considered 2 years or more of use. I couldnot find a set definition of whatis considered long term use. Long term use can cause tardive dyskinesia but that is seen mostly in people who have taken the drug continously for over a year.
I also dont know if the damage to brain is always there or only in some cases.
Stress, aging, depression and other things can also lower grey matter but how is that damage compared to damage caused by invega (if there is)...i dont know.
Your statement about invega making permanent changes to the dopamine structure of the brain is not true though, people generally start to feel alcohol, weed, etc after invega. Again, i dont know a case where feeling those things were permanently lost, if you know such cases, let me know.

There’s many cases in the Invega Documentary where people permanently lose their ability to feel substances, along with a bandwidth of other issues. It’s about a 20% chance you don’t recover from Invega if your on bluelight.

@Trueart2 would you care to share the issues faced by the 20% people who dont recover. Also any issues faced by people who partially recover. It would be nice to have percentages of what issues people face most.

Couldn't give you a percentile by issues. Most people end up physically recovering(exercise, ability to function) but may have cognitive or physiological issues couldn't say. Don't remember looking that deeply into the specifics of each case by case.
