I don't think you were asking me but I've had hppd for 8 years. I'll take whatever with it. I get visual snow and perma tracers. Actually believe it or not, WEED is what enhances the hppd more than anything else. Mushrooms or whatever other psychedelic I've taken has actually made the visual snow less intense. Downers and weed really intensify it though.

Thanks for the reply man im looking for anyone with it. What gave you hppd? How bad do opiates,shrooms,and stims worsen it?

stims don't really make my HPPD any worse at lower or average doses ime... not too sure about what downers/opiates can do. shrooms can cause HPPD.

i can honestly say as well as the other user that weed brings out HPPD like crazy. it even seems to last for a couple days, or at least into the next day after smoking it for me.

after trying certain psychedelics weed will hit a lot harder for weeks and even months afterward for some people... my HPPD is not going away from lsd analogue use at all and it's been years since i used it... i didn't get a lot of HPPD from using shrooms for years. not until i started using lsd a lot did i get a ton of it. shrooms can definitely cause HPPD, but lsd will make it crazier ime... lsd is probably the king of giving people HPPD from what i hear.

So do you still use any pychedellics ot stims? If so which ones?

eh.. i personally like having HPPD.. i don't drive... i never really stopped using for the sake of this thread... if i drove and needed the HPPD to go away, i probably would stop using drugs.

if you don't want to have HPPD, don't use psychedelic drugs, even shrooms... i'm really not sure about stimulants. i don't think they traditionally cause HPPD. when binging on them a lot of people report auditory and sometimes visual hallucinations. stims shouldn't really cause permanent HPPD though, but everyone is different.

I have it already i wanna trip still i just dont wanna be able to not work my job. Which pychs do you use?

don't think it matters what psychs i use at all... you shouldn't be using them at all if you need to keep a job drive safely and you are getting HPPD. OH WELL

Im asking your experience? Pychs keep me off other drugs so if not that its gonna be something worse. You seem to be fine are you telling me you dont have a job? Driving isnt a issue a bike to work so i wont hurt anyone else.

you wrote you are worried you can't work your job.. how is HPPD going to effect your job? i assumed you needed to be able to drive to work what do you do? i dunno... psychs in general all cause HPPD all of them

I work in tech so it doesnt affect to much and if it did ill just use text to speech. I know pychs cause it im asking which pychs in paticular do you still use after hppd? Acid or shrooms or something else?

heh... i don't like the body high of shrooms, so i don't use them anymore after getting HPPD... i used a ton of lsd and then i noticed blood in my stool. the lsd was making the serotonin in my stomach cause me to shit a ton which happens to some people, but i'm not sure if was associated with the lsd. i never went to a doctor, but the blood in the stool that persisted for months with lsd analogue use went away when i stopped using it... i stopped using lsd cause i didn't like shitting and don't find it to be worth it to take once and a while... lol... nothing about me stopping psychedelics had anything to do with mental health or HPPD...

i'm just saying. they will all cause HPPD. i dunno. if you legit have a job you can get to with out a car and like tripping and like the visuals you get, i would think if you had a way to get to work you could handle a computer job. i don't think the HPPD would really get in the way, so you could just do whatever highs you like.. idk... just be safe.

pretty sure i said i did shrooms for years and it didn't really cause HPPD. it was when i started using lsd and the analogues after using shrooms for over like ten years did i start to have HPPD all the time.. the smoking weed really brings it out after the lsd use.

What about lsd did that worsen it alot?
 
shrooms cause HPPD for some people.. it was just my particular case where they didn't bring it out.
