The feeling you have now is temporary. Suicide is a rather permanent fix for it. If i got better you can as well

Take a break from bluelight if it’s having a negative impact on you. Tell yourself lots of positive things cause all the cells in your body respond to what you tell it. Tell yourself you’re healing, tell yourself you’re going to be okay, thank your body for keeping you alive, tell your body that it’s sacred and loved. Go for a walk and clear your head of bad thoughts but most importantly reach out for help, you don’t really want to die, you just want the pain to end. Stay strong friendI think I’m going to commit suicide
I hope my confidence increases as time goes on. As of now, I’m uncertain.Feeling confident about healing, ive made it through this twice before, why not a third time.
Hopefully you see improvements asap. Praying for you, the uncertainty is killer.I hope my confidence increases as time goes on. As of now, I’m uncertain.
no no april 2024 was my last shotI mean you took 5 injections and it's been 5 months since you were last injected. There are some who took one or 2 injections and have recovered in 8 or 9 months if I remember correctly, and some recover by 10 months I don't remember the exact dosages, and so on. I also have spoken to someone who took 2 injections and have recovered in 2 years time. So give it time, try your best to distract yourself.
sameI really need recovery stories. Does cognition come back? Creativity?
If you’re still the same after 17 months there is no hopesame
why would u say thatIf you’re still the same after 17 months there is no hope

how many months and shotsFeeling confident about healing, ive made it through this twice before, why not a third time.
I was in a sad period when they injected me so basically i already had poor dopamine, injections dint help me at all, i just needed a break from daily stress and maybe a hug and someone who understood me and maybe cared a little bit on me, instead i got injected..I think that people Who had psychosis recover because their brain produces more dopamine but people who never had psychosis and only got misdiagnosed don’t recover because their brain don’t produce much dopamine
