one ended me to ER

i wouls prefer something non benzo since i am afraid of a benzo dependency


mostly trauma but cbi and therapy take a long time to fix it

i have been diagnosed with depression and got cipralex but never took it. I dont really think i am depressed, rather just the inability to feel pleasure due to opiod PAWS

But a sleep medication that can be used long term would be amazing.

Last nigh my fix for sleep(at 5am) was 20mg diazepam 2mg xanax 300mg lyrica 75ug clonidine, valerian root, melatonin, 1 x 500ml beer with 5% alcohol at 3am and a joint right before sleep. I also took 60mg dmx and 6mg

i researched a bit mirtazapine and hydroxyzine. I also have lyrica and clonidine so i could add to them. My plan is tuesday to go to my doctor and ask for triazolam 0,25 and temazepam 30mg. Like a couple of pills, while also telling him i want to try mirtazapine and hydroxyzine due to fear of a benzo dependency. My actual psychiatrist is a good family friend so I can talk freely, say what i learned, ask his advice, etc

But would any of you have experiences with mirtazapine? or side effects? I am a. bit scared of antidepressant cuz i feel they mess with your brain and i might be wrong, but i dont find it normal to prescribe for example SSRI to a person with whom you talk 5 minutes and didnt do any medical tests to see their serotonine levels. Again, just personal belief, i might be completely wrong here

Hmm. Any med you prescribed after 5 minutes would have the same issue no? Like gaba levels for benzos? No one ever checks...
I took 15 mg Mirtazapin on a long distance flight once, cause I had a hardtime sleeping in chairs. I slept continuously unless there was food or questions. Later I could hardly move my head cause the AC had blown on my neck for hours... So it definitely did work, as I was told especially in lower doses. Didn't use it long term so no experience with that.

Or should i ask fkr nitrazepam instead of temazepam? need something to knock me out but if i can also use recreationally would be nice

The dental health care world in America is a fking joke. Going into 10k+ in debt bc of the disgusting lack of healthcare that extends to dental/oral surgery. Apologies rant over lol.

30mg Oxycodone IR (undergoing 3 rounds of oral surgery for upper row mouth restoration, was tapered off my Subutex 2mg for the time being)
150mg/900mg Butalbital/APAP (3 Fioricet capsules)
600mg ibuprofen
12.5mg Promethazine for nausea & the itch.

Up to 2700mg gabapentin staggered so far, 55mg methadone about 30 minutes ago, smoked a j earlier plus been dabbing off a nice ~3/4g clump of reclaim lol. It's all from Gorilla Glue rosin and Cereal Milk crumble, so the extra cbn kick should help with sleep. Another bowl of flower here at some point too. Who knows, maybe even dinner.

Had no time/energy to write earlier but for the floor though that was Sunday for me, not my floor and no dog involved - also it was 150 mcg 1p-lsd that floored me for a moment, went to bed later to admire the pictures on the Wall and get up again. Eating was a real challenge with all the nausea and I was so cold n tired feeling I thought it could be WD for a while... Damn it's been a long time since I last touched those sheets... And also too much after all, but well.. we live and learn. Also that the 200 mg Tapentadol was a waste for sleep... See above.
