Donald Trump has caused HELL In Mexico with CJNG & it's mashed up the supply.
Something called Xylazine which is a Proper Animal tranq is taking over, it puts a Hippo on it's arse in seconds so I'll skip trying that.

The Lovley Russian Krokodil is also showing up, I know it has been on the streets of Canada's Vancouver Chinese Qtr for some time, it makes you rot & fall apart, it's not something you wanna be using IMHO.

I feel like it is worth noting that the fent gets added on the US side of the border almost 100% of the time (To make fentanyl feel more like heroin--last longer to make ppl think it isn't just fent) now you are seeing NO H OR FENT in alot of street dope. JUST XYLAZINE -- how fuckered is that? And did anyone ever not know when they got tranq dope - the Suboxone not blocking the shot from working kinda a dead giveaway somethin ain't right. (buy test strips don't be like I was)

But according to DEA statistics (which ?) the only xylazine they are finding on the Mexican side is already in pressed pill form.

$1 mg is correct for real Roxy 30s -- and even that gtfo -- when it went over .50/mg I went to phine and got over any previous phobias.... What about dilaudid that is great and didn't use to command much of a street price. I actually know someone that got busted with quite a damn few of them -- judge didn't recognize them or was kind and only pressed for pot. (I was there when the judge mispronounced hydromorphone and was bit taken back as well; story does sound suspect)

but 2.50/mg last I saw a street consultant prolly the best/cleanest rush left in the game? (Shoot had an uncle scripted the liquid once, just tossed me a 50ml/mg bottle every month TILL I ASKED TO BUY A LIL MORE - Cut off didn't want me addicted. 'Too late!' -- 'Too bad I see your friends you'll manage"

The Meth statistic sounds about right - I couldn't fathom confusing being on meth and fentanyl - you keep doing it you get dependant I guess....meth seems plenty addictive on its own.

The new episode of "Trafficked" was about tranq dope this week and if they are doin the xylazine on the mexican side they are keeping it on the DL (Impossible as anyone who ran with a crew knows -- mathematically improbable. "gangsters gossip more than schoolgirls" - Goodfellas(?). Of course not good ones but how many ppl you know nailing they job 100%.

As far as I know it's $1 per mg. It's been a while since I had stuff off the street but that's the basic rule. You can obviously work something out if you're buying quantity or a higher mg pill. I feel like just about every drug is more expensive on the East coast.

Blues that contained no fentanyl (instead nitazenes) that were sold as "fetty" or "dope" where I used to live were often tossed with buttered popcorn flavorants so people thought they were fent, and people hated them but they still sold really cheap. The only ones that tested as uncontaminated fentanyl were a dollar per mg or over. It seems like fent has been promoted to the level of heroin and oxycodone, an expensive and rare thing relative to the nitazenes often laced with xylazine or similar, that we see on the streets today.

Like I said it's been a while since I've gotten anything off the street. I had a valid script that I used, never sold. I asked around a while ago, maybe a year or two, and that's what I was told the going rate was. Even if it was bunk, you still paid the going price. Places like FL, things like oxy are rare. The prescribers switched people over to Dilaudid because of all the fake stuff flooding that area. People would pay premium just to get something they thought was real. Most people wouldn't know they were fake until they used them. A lot of dealers (street level) aren't smart enough to know how to test them to see that's actually in them. So you get dealers who don't know what they're selling to people who don't know what they're buying. Why would that change the price?

Sorry for the serial posts but I've been reading some of the older posts here. I just wanted to add a few thoughts.
I do not use fentanyl. I have only had it in a medical setting. I'm allergic to morphine so I get fentanyl instead when I need pain meds.
I only use meth. I have several friends who, like me only use meth. For one reason or another, they've been drug tested at different times. Several of them have come up positive for fentanyl. The only place it could have been was in the meth.

Certain states, not sure which ones, look at test strips as drug paraphernalia. I know a lot of states have decriminalized them. I know Amazon sells them. I tried to order some a while ago to test my meth. They would not deliver to my state. NH decriminalized both fent and xylazine strips in 23. It makes me wonder why Amazon won't deliver them. There are some local harm reduction places that offer them. That will be my next step.

I like that show a lot too --- if you like that one you would probably also like Blackmarket with Micheal Kenneth Williams (RIP) *Omar from the wire*. I think he was killed over his fentanyl episode to be honest (I am conspiracy theory prone) but the driver had like 12 keys of fent and he asked if she knew what she had -- "Nah prolly cocaine though" --- "That ain't what ya have" "Heroin?" "Close, Fentanyl" --- Than you see her get visibly disturbed to the point of shaky and is pulled over (But not busted, cartel plant to protect the route I suspect). Than about a couple months max later he dies of cocaine laced with fent.

Shoot going from oxy to Dilaudid is only good if you are needle prone the bioavailability sucks orally -- but if you do cross the Rubicon I would argue better than H (Certainly the rush, the high is only 2-3 hours. Beats the hell out of fent though!)

Good on you not selling your script that never f*cking goes well. Same where I live ppl don't test things its "I got high" or "I did not" and the bar for 'high' is pretty low. Than ya have something unique like say a lysergamine, MXE, c-lam ppl "Nah fake drugs"--Figures.

It’s definitely not just xylazine. Suboxone won’t block nitazenes essentially at all. I am a near daily user of nitazenes on top of my daily subs. I use pure nitazenes that I order, but even street “fent” that contains some nitazene will easily break through. Their binding affinities are unstoppable

Also regarding the pressed pills… The xylazine pills may be true, but many are confused by xylazine vs. nitazenes. The DEA has reported on nitazenes in presses, and I know from direct communication with labs that protonitazene was used to produce an extremely large batch.

I agree there could have been nitazenes (I don't have an experience to compare them too) but it did not feel very opiate/oidy more just awake or not awake.

Of course I said that about fent to (but there is a happy medium I have only achieved through pure powder or pharma products). Possible I went past it on a half pack but I suspect what I was feeling to be largely tranq

Protonitazene -- that is still an opioid correct? I believe that completely -- even makes sense with the cartel looking for things other than fent. You ever hear of xylazine being done large scale south of the border? --- I'm sure someone has done it but it appears anomalous almost?

There's actually a lot online right now about how she was missing and even a reddit about how the show is fake. If you like conspiracy theories, you should look into that.
I've seen pretty much every show Vice put out. I've been subscribed to their YouTube channel for years. It was really sad when they filed for bankruptcy. They were bought out and continued making content. It's just different now. The magazine being published again. I still need to check that out, see if there's anything worthwhile.
Michael K Williams. Man it's such a shame he passed. Omar was by far my favorite character on the show (whistling the farmer in the dell) He's the one who found Felicia Pearson (snoop) and brought her into the show. Another favorite was Andre Royo (bubbles). He told this story once about how into character he would get. He said someone actually offered him dope one time because 'he looked like he needed it more.'

I actually stopped taking oxy about a year and a half ago. I told my DR I didn't want it anymore. I was getting it for migraines. I'd have enough for 2 weeks, every 4-6 hours. That's how I took them. The other two weeks I had migraine meds. But over time I started developing a tolerance. My body was dependent on the oxy. I'd go thru withdrawal every month. I decided it wasn't worth it anymore and stopped. I actually feel less pain since I stopped. No more rebound pain to deal with.

Just jumping back in here with my opinion on xylazine being over hyped. At least in Tucson, the mecca of fentanyl, in the many years of consuming it on a daily basis and having a couple plugs also buying off the street , I have not heard but one instance of a local user mention xylazine.. and I certainly didn't notice the Fetty being any different as far as myself using ..

What would the incentives be for the cartels even putting it in the mix when the fentanyl has been making them millions and seemingly quite easy..

I understand we went through a " dry spell " but that's long over and I didn't notice the good Fetty doing anything different..

Is it possible the xylazine is being Added stateside? Not sure why they would as cheap as fentanyl is to buy ..

Not sure why, but it seems like xylazine started on the East Coast so maybe the supply lines are less reliable that far from Mexico? Or least were less reliable at the time it first got introduced.
Also, doesn't xylazine last longer so overall requires less regular redosing that plain fentanyl? Kind of an additive effect to the high. It may not be as good a high but it's certainly powerful
In any case, whatever the initial reason to begin with, it's now just the way it's done and users have two different drugs to be addicted to and withdraw from without. You take it out of the product now then I guess a user will get withdrawal, so there is a reason to keep adding it regardless .

I will jump in here. I drank alcoholicly in my youth (have not had a drink in 32 years) and abused drugs until 35 but was clean and sober 100% from age 35 to 55. The only thing I never did was opioids but coke, meth, pot, most everything else. At 55 I started smoking pot again but did not like it and quit. However my best friend is a pot dealer and we can get every drug imaginable except opiods and benzos. WE do excstacy now and then.

One of our friends is a fairly rich doctor and it turns out that he trades his wife opiods for sex. Nice guy, BTW, he managed my skin condition. He asked if I could get him Oxy (this was a good while ago) and it just so happens I knew someone with a connection to a Nigerian run pharmacy that was running an opiod hustle. They made real 30 mg Oxys (caps with powder so they hit hard) and cost $20. As we know know, $20 for 30 mgs is pretty cheap. I had never been high on Oxy before...had many surgeries but always took what was prescribed as prescribed, but one day took 2 of these back to back and OMG, I understand why people get addicted to that stuff it was a pretty incredible high.

I was very reluctant to do so but I got my doc friend some. His wife started having problems so we made up a lie that I couldn't get them anymore (although I could). I got high on Oxy's 3 times but quickly realized that I was heading for trouble so I hardly ever take them. Some time went by, and my doc friend asked me to get him some again....but my friend with the connection to the pharmacy disappeared. I have looked every where to find him but he is just in the wind. I hope he is OK, preferably in jail (not dead).

A guy I knew said he had some for sale, cheap, and I bought a bunch and they turned out to be fentanyl. I tested them. Mexican blues. The moderators of this forum warned my about Fentanyl so I have been very careful with them. Tried to get high a few times, taking one every 45 minutes for a total of 3, but they simply are not a very good high. And they are weak. But they will relieve pain. I tried to find real Oxy but everything out there is fentanyl. Someone I know says he has Vicodin but I am not going to bother trying any, especially since test kits have been outlawed where I live.

I save everything because I don't trust the medical industry. For example, a doctors shoved a camera down my penis all the way to my prostate with no meds whatsoever. I had a hernia surgery a few years ago and the doctor massively shorted me on pain meds (I've had plenty of surgeries and I know what is the proper amount). I had severe pnuemonia one time with terrible coughing and an extraordinary headache that I suffered through with nothing. Doc should have given me codeine cough syrup.

Many selfish and arrogant doctors will think absolutely nothing of letting you suffer greatly with no meds, so I keep what I have just in case. They must think everyone is an addict. I know many here are....but I live in the real world and no one I know is addicted to opioids, except that one guy I mentioned.

The current situation is all a product of greedy doctors and politicians trying to make themselves look good to the public, they don't care about the tremendous suffering they cause. Don't get me wrong, I wish for no one to get addicted to opioids, but the truth is 99% of the people I know are not addicted and only need them if they have a genuine pain issue. I know Pain specialist MDs who love to brag about how they don't use opioids when the truth is they probably cause way more harm than good.

And of course the Trump policies have cut off all trade of all kinds with China and Mexico. We elected him to make things cheaper and he has only made things worse.

Hey everyone, I wanted to bump this up, I'm a little surprised that so few answered. I also want to share a few things I have learned recently. Still curious if this is a nation wide or world wide thing, but there is a VERY serious "fetty" issue here in the Pacific NW, US of A. I mean, there is literally nothing but garbage, very very weak. I had some of what is considered to be the better of the "fetty" out here, tested and the results were kinda interesting. There was indeed fentanyl in the substance but very very low amounts. What was interesting is that there is high levels of a precursor involved in making fentanyl, I guess to make it smell and or appear more like the real thing. Anyone have anything to share???

Nah. Krokodil is apparently no joke. I love getting high. Life is empty without it. Ready to gtfo of here. But I ain't doing that shit. Seen some pictures or video, can't remember which, of people that used it, IV, their arms were falling apart. Made leprosy look like a sleigh ride.

Naw, my friend you need to be a gym rat like me. Great natural high 5 days a week. A good high once a week gets me by just fine (although I do take 4 grams of Kratom 5 days a week).

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, more specifically Portland, Oregon - I'm wondering if the rest of the US is experiencing this really fucked up situation where the only opiates going around are straight garbage. It's been months since I've been able to lock down a regular supply of decent product and a few days since I've been able to find anything even decent at all. WTF is going on? Thoughts and input?

I know xylazine shows up in detroit ( Is this only a USA problem? As it was kind of implied so but not said outright) ---- sad even if you get straight to the border connect still fent not H -- Wahh!

Unacceptable I would pay a good premium for diacetyl with no ACTIVE cut -- even if it was a little weaker per $ or whatever ( I think most of us would ) --- Could put it on the menu at least for connoisseurs!
