We have somewhat drifted from the title of the thread (created June 19th 2019) to the extent that 'a third of a century of threads if not yet a full decade since the 'drought'...' would now be more accurate. I'm also wondering why the single word 'drought' is contained within inverted commas and why not 'the drought'? I'm not a grammar Nazi and make more than my own share of mistakes, but isn't drought the word used by everyone to describe a scarcity of street drugs for a protracted period of time?

I think it safe to say we have discovered that if there are customers, someone will ALWAYS provide a product. It need not be good and it need not be safe. It merely has to be the only option.

As for @F.U.B.A.R. ,well, I think it's important that we have among us people who are able to make others laugh. Being more or less housebound, BL means a lot to me.
 
Last night was one of the most Rough days I've had in ages, managed to get a strap of a single bag at 11.50amwhich has just about taken me from the Gutter to being able to just about function like how normal people feel when they wake up.

The gear had a kind of Yellow tinge to it, the first few lines hit me like a brick but I was sick, it soon dropped off but I am not cold in this sun anymore & my stomach has stopped having a seizure.

I am now in debt to one of the worst dealers round here though who is very quick to use Violence sadly.

With Heroin nobody is going to ask questions, you only want to feel normal.

I've I.V. stuff that would set SOLID in the 1ml in a matter of seconds which caused a hard lump in my arm vein & took weeks to break down, I was more than happy to inject that when sick without thinking about what it may do to me, that says it all sadly.

That sucks man. I love the fact that I'm in the position where I have my medication and play a little game with myself called 'how long can I stand the pain before I take a pill'. I'm quite proud of myself. My 9AM dose wasn't taken until 1PM. Sure hurt, but knowing I could end it all makes a huge difference as I guess you will understand better than anyone.

I had a serious alcohol problem 25 odd years ago. I was drinking 2 bottles of gin per day and continued to do so for over a year. Alcohol is, I suggest, just as nasty in the acute withdrawal phase. So I do KNOW what drinking moutwash at 7AM on a Sunday is like. Minty and alcoholic, but not in a good way on either count.

I really hope you can find the appropriate support to stop when YOU choose to. I'm not one of those people who will tell you how to live your life, but shit gets shady with H. Had a couple of friends in the US who were execured by a drug dealer because they thought my friends were 'treading on their patch'. Truth is, my friends had stopped using and were just drinking kratom tea. But some of their friends were users and would drive over to see them and someone saw something and took it to mean something else. Shelby and Bryan were found with there hands taped behind their backs and had been tortured. Bullet in the backs of their heads.

If H didn't make you feel awesome, nobody would be taking H. But I have noted that a lot of people have bad stuff happen to them and rather than the bottle, turn to the pin. I just think it's self-medication for real pain be it physical or mental.

So you take care out there - you strike me as a good person and we NEED all of the good people we can get in THIS world and right now. I don't want to see you in the BL shrine. K?

Yesterday took the Piss, it was one of those days that I really got ZERO fun out of the whole Ritual of having a bag, it sucked so bad.
The guy I scored with used to many years ago actually be a friend but now his simply someone I use Heroin with 50% of the time, yesterday was one of those Brutal times you actually can see your own actions & behaviour & it's NOT a nice picture.

Worst quality Heroin I have ever seen & the whole of the Midlands is flooded with this shit, soon it'll be all over the UK.

It looks like normal heroin when in powder BUT the moment you put a flame to it the powder goes black like Oil & runs like Mercury, it tastes HORRIFIC & does nothing to you.
I ended up with 7 bags of this stuff a few days ago & threw it away, I have been approached by so many Junkies over the last few days all going mad that they have scored off everyone around here & every single dealer has this "Oil" as it's being called here near Birmingham in.

If anyone can remember the TCP tasting stuff from the drought a few years back you'll be fucking GLAD to smoke that shit again, this gear is the worst thing I have ever seen & I am not joking here.
 
I hear the same thing all over. People say that they might get a good batch and when is over, it's week of pure shit
Maybe we are watching the last days of continous supply of decent/ semi decent h.
We all learnt what has happening in Aghanistan, but we lived these years under the impression that, somehow, it would not affect us but it will.

Heroin is produced in other parts and some of that gear with surely land in Europe, but not with the steady supply that we are used to.
US user have had a h scene since the days of Burroughs and previous to him, they surely thought that h would be there forever as long as you got the $ to pay for it. We all saw what happened.

That is what morphine does. Or, to be specific, morphine sulfate.

It COULD be the case that people who whack up their gear think it 'OK' since although morphine is less potent that H, it IS active.

Of course, I don't want anyone using pins and M has lousy oral bioavailability but other parentheral routes may work. I know, it's not a pretty picture of someone dissolving the stuff and boofing it - but if it works...

I guess snorting is the other obvious one, but if it's cut, that could be VERY nasty.

Maybe it's nature's way of saying it's time to take a break?

I live & learn, can you "freebase" that stuff?
When I used to get MDPV Hcl we found a way from The Internet to remove it from Hcl to "freebase" & it turned to a Yellow paste which when smoked was insane & when I touched the plate with my bare skin my mate was cooking it on I nearly had a heartattack from the power of it just being soaked up from my skin!!!!!!

If I remember right Heroin is 4 times the potency of Morphine by weight, is that true?

I am one of those people who has PAWS so bad I plan my own Suicide from it, I wish I was joking here.
