Can it replace promethazine, do they work similar?
Sure, I'm gonna die from mixing an opioid/antihistaminic (most flu medicines Already use this combination) while some here shoot heroin/fentanyl in their dicks and seem encouraged to do so. My question was if it's a good potentiator for codeine/morphine or if it will slow down the opioid metabolism since dypenhydramine uses same enzyme as codeineDont know what you mean exactly, dph with opioids is a horrible combination that can increase exponentially the chances of an accidental overdose.
In low doses it could have some anti-allergy benefits like reducing that annoying itchiness all over the skin and runny nose, it could also potentiate the nodding but definitely that's a risk anyone should consider
Yo, I have been on Oxy for over 8 years and I use benadryl (I have allergies and never get opiod itch) How much is he planning on taking? 50-75mg has never been an issue.Dont know what you mean exactly, dph with opioids is a horrible combination that can increase exponentially the chances of an accidental overdose.

100-150mg . I won't go too crazy with antihistaminics considering they make you hallucinate at higher doseYo, I have been on Oxy for over 8 years and I use benadryl (I have allergies and never get opiod itch) How much is he planning on taking? 50-75mg has never been an issue.

That would be dypenhydramine , I'm not in US.It can be as good when it comes to the sedation side of things and promethazine is good with codeine cause it increases it's metabolism in to morphine.
However if you're using promethazine with methadone or say oxycodone, then it will speed up metabolism and not in a good way.
It may increase some of the oxycodone to oxymorphone metabolism but it will also speed up it's metabolism, potentially making the high last a shorter time.
I'd only use promethazine with codeine, morphine or H but not everyday cause one of promethazine's metabolites works like the old 1950's first generation anti-psychotics/neuroleptics.
Definitely not something you wanna be using daily.
yes indeedOxy which is so much better for pain, incredible mood lifts,
For example glutethimide is a powerful potentiator for codeine, makes it almost as good as pure morphine. Can't get that tho soo does dypenhydramine or promethazine work similar

Yes, diphenhydramine, commonly found in Benadryl, has been linked to an increased risk of dementia, particularly with long-term use in older adults. Studies suggest that prolonged use of anticholinergic medications like diphenhydramine may negatively impact cognitive function and raise the risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases.
