Give me sum weird shit, I want the best goddamn drug combo off all time. It can be whatever doesn't matter
 
Soma, THC, Oxy, Ambien, Alcohol. Weirdest shit ever but its lowkey insane. U have a high chance of respiratory depression tho so be careful, honestly don't recommend it unless u have a tolerance or some experience.
 
Easy…..the legendary…..the infamous….the one & only…. Brompton Cocktail 🍸

Invented/concocted in the 1890’s in the United Kingdom’s Royal Brompton Hospital for terminally ill patients to make them comfortable, ease their suffering & pain, while having the patient alert and social/talkative, and yes, even euphoric

Original Brompton Cocktail formula : …..essentially an oral Speedball

Diacetylmorphine (Heroin)
Cocaine HCL
Chloroform
Cannabis Indica
Ethanol (mostly Gin)


I have been using a hybrid Brompton Cocktail for many years for chronic pain…..the most essential components are absolutely staple. Period. A potent mu-opioid agonist, a dopaminergic stimulant, a rapid acting benzodiazepine with robust anxiolytic & muscle relaxant properties, plus gabapentinoids and ethanol ….my custom cocktail

Methadone 100-125mg
Methylphenidate (Ritalin) 50-70mg IR
Diazepam (Valium) 20-30mg
Alprazolam (Xanax) 1mg
Pregabalin (Lyrica) 300mg
Ethanol-Gin 2.oz every 40min or so

For a tolerant user, 240lbs / 6’ male this cocktail is very effective…..it’s not weak by any means, but not in the danger zone in any way….for ME

Adding a dopaminergic stimulant to an opioid is absolutely essential ….it enhances the analgesic painkilling properties of the opioid, it reduced sedation and improves cognitive function and enhanced vigilance…..also, both have VERY robust mood-boosting properties and can be extremely euphoric & pleasurable

Valium is the best benzodiazepine of earth, Anxiolytic & muscle relaxation
Xanax is the most euphoric benzodiazepine with antidepressant properties due to the significant dopamine increase as compared to all other benzodiazepine compounds

Pregabalin (Lyrica) 300-450mg is simply amazing to add to a cocktail…..Very robust anxiolytic & mood-boosting properties, in addition to being an anticonvulsant gabapentinoid

Oxycodone is the most euphoric potent opioid painkiller ever synthesized (besides Diamorphine & Dilaudid) but I’m on Methadone 100mg daily ….which is also reasonably pleasurable, and a VERY potent & effective long acting opioid analgesic

….the oral Brompton Cocktail 🍸 (all tablets pulverized and powder in glass dissolved in hot water, add juice to mask the bitter taste and drink. 30-45min onset creeps in / 1h near full effects and you’re NICE 😊

a Speedball (Oxycodone & Ritalin) (Heroin & Cocaine) ….Ive slammed both …..VERY pleasurable & euphoric. A euphoric opioid and a dopaminergic stimulant. Hands down ultimate drug combo
 
Moving to Drug Culture. There isn't any apparent Harm Reduction involved in the objective of this post. Being that safety is not the primary concern, this will be placed in the less format sub-forum of DC.

Thank God someone finally made a "best drug combination" thread. I've been wondering my whole life.

Sometimes the simplest combo is the best:
your favorite opioid + your favorite cigarette

Back in the day I'd go with oxycodone and the original (nonfilter) Chesterfield cigarettes. Sublime.
The former is now hard to get and the latter isn't even made anymore.
 
Soma, LSD, 2C-B, cannabis concentrates, and ephedrine was a nice (though likely highly unwise) mix. I've dabbled a ton in wild mixes, are you just looking for the most unhinged or are you after the most pleasurable?
 
can't imagine coke and alcohol being something i like.. when i do stimulants i like to just stay stimulated. alcohol doesn't seem like it vibes with what i'm going for.

i've never been big into mixing drugs.. a lot of the stuff people post as combos on this site sound disgusting to me.

like nitrous on low dose psychedelics i think is a good way to prepare for high dose psychedelics that will probably be that intense for longer.. nitrous and shrooms is generally enjoyable.

weed is good with everything imo. it doesn't agree with everyone though.
 
Hard to answer. I think weed and high dose gabapentin are a great combo. Benzos too, but I don't exactly use them for recreation. These days my favorite combos are just mixing different strains. Get some terpinolene here, some pinene there. Weed has a very strong effect on me that isn't normal to others though. I've always been like this, but it seems to have intensified after extensive use of psilocybin, LSD and DMT (mostly psilo and DMT).

One of my favorite drug combos was doing DMT at the peak of a mushroom trip. Even if it was a really bad, uncomfortable trip, the DMT would take over, and that shit is fucking WIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLDDDDD to mix. If you know, you know. I'd say combining psychs are my favorite combos, I guess? Smoking weed while tripping often feels weird though. For one it intensifies the fuck out of it, two it can feel really uncomfortable or lead to the trip becoming worse.

For me, DMT, no matter what, would turn a bad trip of mushrooms or acid into a good trip (I only did it on acid twice, and no a high amount because acid is kinda weird to me). I did used to mix all sorts of shit though. I'd do like, 2g Phenibut, 3g Gabapentin, 25mg Valium, 50mg DPH, maybe 100mg of DXM just to spice it up, maybe 60g of kava, and of course getting baked.

Those were some insane times, Phenibut is a HELL of a drug and I am glad that what was starting off as an addiction I was able to halt completely, and I will never take Phenibut again. The high is actually very... dirty feeling, in retrospect. I honestly think I like high doses of Gabapentin more.

Speaking of kava, that mixes really well with weed too, considering it hits the CB1 receptors. So, I'd often feel a little higher when I was krunk on kava. This could've just been intoxicants combining to create that effect though rather than any involvement with CB1.

HANDS DOWN, this combo knocks anything and everything straight out of competition; for GOOD REASON.

Xanax and Opiates…more specifically, Benzodiazepines and Opiates, when taken together - can cause severe side effects.

But EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT, yet read through this thread - or any drug thread - and you’ll see the same question asked…”if I take 200 mg of oxy and 8 mg of Xanax, will I be ok? “

Asking questions about combining drugs or how much to take, or the best (sarcasm) yet., you’ve taken a high dose of something and now you don’t feel well. “I’ll be ok, right ? “
 
I'd have to say that back in the day I was scripted at my drug clinic for 4 ( but he always gave me 6) 10 ml amps of diamorphine, 6 10 ml amps of diazepam , and 10 mg tabs in case it wasn't convenient to hit up where I was. 6 I don't recall the dose of black bombers although I believe they were 20 mgs and they were actually called Durophet. They were capsules that at the lowest dose were white the the next dose up we're the half the capsule was white and the other half was black. Then you had the pure black capsules. Then to get me off to sleep I got 4 mandrax a night. When they stopped prescribing these I got 6doriden a night. I'd sell half of my monthly script and still have enough left to cater for my own needs. The thing is I needed the diamorphine but it made me sleepy so that's why I got the bombers. But they made me very edgy which was ok unless you'd been awake for 2 days and nights and that's where the valium amps came in. Then as the bombers were not making me wired due to the valium, they still worked well enough that you just couldn't sleep and 2 mandrax a night did the trick. Sometimes I'd be really stupid and add the occasional tuinal into the equation and wake up on a hospital ward with just mattresses lining each side of one of the old fashioned hospital wards, called barb wards. Each big London hospital had a barb wards back then. You'd take a tuinal capsule and you'd get the best high for about 15- 20 minutes and that was it. You'd pass out and an ambulance would drop you off at the nearest barb wZrd that had a mattress free. Unfortunately these barbiturates were really quite lethal if you had taken a large, more potent cut of china white and then used even the smallest dose of tuinal. And I'm certain that there were only 2 mgs of these capsules available. I truly believe that due to my being scripted for the drugs I've mentioned above and only ever taking the higher mgm of tuinal when I'd only had a couple of amps of diamorphine saved my life. Usually I stick with the smaller mgm of tuinal. They were called Christmas trees as one end was, IIRC one end was blue turquoise blue and the other end was a bright orangy red colour which made the blue colour stand out more. There were so many really enjoyable but lethal drugs combo's when mixed with street drugs. Again I got everything I needed from the drugs on my script, I knew the dosage and that it wasn't cut with God knows what. If I wanted a different high I'd either increase the dose of, usually the bombers and diamorphine or just take another amp of valium. The high from each drug individually was awesome and at night time a couple of mandies was like a very softtuinsl type high but you'd gradually get sleepy. It was a soft high as opposed to a ferocious almost brutal high like tuinal. Don't get me wrong as tuinal, whilst feeling brutal got you up there so quickly it was amazing. But the hime from that high and put cold was about 15- 20 mins, max. I hope I've described it as others who were around back then, remember them. It's quite a fond recollection although this was a time when I lost a lot of friends due to various barbs that were about back then.

Those both sound fucking amazing. Would love to try Soma + a proper opiate. Have tried it with Kratom which was nice and Buprenorphine which doesn't get me high anymore. Maybe when I'm off of Suboxone I'll try it with 7-OH as I should have some of that soon. Soma is my favorite Non-opioid downer that I have ever done. Clonazolam is close but I have to knock it down a peg because I always become physically dependent on it and fuck my life up. Clonazolam is by far the most euphoric and anxiolytic benzo that I have ever consumed.



DXM + Tobacco + Weed as led to some of the most profound, mind blowing psychedelic euphoria that I have ever experienced. Haven't done that combo since I was a teenager. I don't really use DXM anymore as the hangover lasts days but this is a combo that I will for sure attempt again one day. The music enhancement and euphoria is the greatest I've experienced to this day

4HOMIPT + MDMA taken at the same time in a press (unknown dosages). The euphoria as it kicked in was immense and the high was very clean and jolly. Felt great, man

Methamphetamine + 3-MeO-PCP. One of if not my favorite combo of all time. This was 10 years or so ago when the meth was better than there seems to be these days. Still produced that on top of the world, can do anything over confident euphoria. Mixed with the god-complex and feelings of grandiosity caused by the 3-MeO-PCP. I can't even describe it. I just felt capable of literally anything I wanted to and the confidence was insane
 
In no particular order.
Holy trinity. Soma, benzo, and opiates. Can't forget the potentiators; Grapefruit, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, dxm, clonidine, pregabalin... and a psychedelic, maybe Molly too. But then I might die lol.

Shrooms, dmt, dxm OR harmala seed, and for compliments passionflower, Rhodiola, huperzine a, kanna, salvia, ashwaganda, l dopa, caffeine, agmatine.
 
I generally dont do very hard drugs. I do take modafinil sometimes from highstreetpharma and rhodiola and nothing else
 
5-APB + N2O was one of the best feelings ever. Way better than MDMA + N2O.

Ketamine / N2O + psychedelics is always great, too.

I also really enjoy ket + amphetamine for parties. It's my go to combo for raves / festivals.
 
Only advice i can give is stick with oxygen and water, becuase anything else can be worse than weird, it can be seriously fucked up and fuck your life up, many people have died, ended up in the nut house, hospital or prison due to drink and drugs, it can 99.99% of the time be dangerous not weired, i have been in hosptat, and psychiatric units and arrested, many people have and worse, best idea is to speak to a seasoned vetran of substances use and abuse and they would explain that there is a dark side to drugs and the desire to tinker with your own mind.
