Today went well, the dentist fixed the rest of my molars up. Just need a couple crowns over the previous root canals and then I can go back to the jaw doctor. He actually teared up as we talked about how far we’ve come. When I first met this guy I had broken teeth and could only open my jaw 1/4 of a centimeter … it’s been such a long journey since I broke my jaw and teeth … it’s kind of crazy (there were times I never though I would make it this far).

Wow really that much hydroxyzine feels like Soma … muy interesante. I have so many bottle of hydroxyzine I have to stop forgetting about them lol. I’m going to take some with hydromorphone tonight. I quit hydro back in November because I was doing waaaay too much but my prima sent me just 40 of them so I’m just going to take them as a treat (and for pain obviously). But I won’t go back to taking 270 every couple weeks lol.

The box mod did not respond to a heat gun, next shot will be an ice bath, maybe that's what it needs. Just out of curiosity, if your jaw couldn't open for that long, were you on a predominantly liquid diet? When I was recovering from a series of intestinal surgeries I was eating essentially just liquids and gelatin based things, it was a severe hassle.

Planning to go to bed in the next hour and then it is back to work tomorrow........but on the bright side.......

Oh man that stinks, but hey it sounds like a good box (if you’re trying to keep someone out at least).

Yea when I broke my jaw I was doing all liquids … drank so many ensures. At first it was even hard to swallow liquids (even water) because torn ligaments in my face and neck, it was pretty bad.

Sounds like you understand the hassle (crazy frustration) as well dealing with intestinal surgery … I hope you are better from that 💜

Tolerate it well. Been on it for 9 years now.

I can't say for sure, but I think it has helped, certainly done no harm (that I am aware of).

Take it at night and I guess it kind of levels me out while asleep.

Have been thinking of asking my doc if it is necessary anymore since eventually getting on Vyvanse, which was a game changer, but somehow I think that they might be working better when taken at least 14 hours after my Vyvanse than they did when I was on Ritalin.

So to answer your question, I think it is affecting me positively.

And on that note, I can feel it is time to go to bed and get at the minimum 7 hours sleep.

Thank you for the info here! I've known of people combining mianserin's structurally similar analog mirtazapine with venlafaxine for an interesting anti-depressant, somewhat recreational effect.

Yeah, just some maintenance operations every once in a while but in general my health is pretty much as good as it's ever been.

Last night I decided to try the 225mg dose of hydroxyzine for the third night in a row to see if tolerance had built up. I noticed no tolerance. Took a couple swigs of etizolam, 5 grams of kratom, enough benadryl not to have an attack from the cat allergies, and then the hydroxyzine all after pre-loading a Cimetidine ~30 minutes before this dose. It reminded me of Soma + kratom + etizolam. One downside of Cimetidine is that it makes me virtually completely incapable of having sex, it's just the furthest thing from my mind for some reason for many hours after administering it, whereas Soma doesn't cause that issue.

225mg Of hydroxyzine is a highly reckless dose to take, I weigh about that much but in pounds right now. I'm not advising others to jump up to that dose, climb up to it and make sure it's safe for your subjective physiology if you decide to try anything similar.
 
Last night i had spliffs and soju, the alcohol did not have much by the way of enjoyable effects with the buprenorphine though. I suspect it might be blocking some of the rewarding effects from alcohol somehow? Like my dopamine is all locked up? Really odd feeling.

I was going to drink a couple beers, but decided to pass on that for today. Alcohol isn't a forgiving mistress anymore and that wake up alarm comes early tomorrow morning lol. Just going to settle quite contentedly for getting super stoned, smoking some more and getting noddy and stuffing my face with good food. 🙂

I hope things start getting better! Hydromorphone and alprazolam is a classic combo, in high school I was a big fan of that specific combination. I used to take it with zolpidem or lorazepam to add a somewhat deliriant/trippy element to the experience.

We've talked a fair amount about your use of opioids, benzodiazepines, muscle relaxants, etc. and they seem to have highly therapeutic benefits for you. Have you ever used phenibut/tolibut/floribut, agmatine, memantine, bromantane, blue/red/pink lotus, tianeptine, kavalactones, or kanna extracts (I tend to need 400x-500x), or wild lettuce? These are all legal stateside (I think you're in the US but I'm not positive), and can contribute to sedative, painkilling and dissociative effects. I would advise getting to know them on their own before mixing them with other drugs, but they may be of use for you, especially if your prescriptions ever get fucked up by supply chain issues or whatever.

Sorry if I've brought this up before or there are any grammatical abnormalities/typos, I've been in a 3-4 day etizolam bender to cope with not having medical supplies I need to survive, so my memory is relatively foggy but it's keeping me from acting pretty rash at the Jacksonville FedEx distribution center hahaha. I wanna get a paintball gun and driveby spray "WHERE ARE MY SUPPLIES I'VE GOT LESS THAN A WEEK AND YOUR OVERNIGHT SHIPMENT HAS TAKEN OVER A WEEK" on the side of the building, but that would just be too much of a pain in my ass to try to spray such a long sentence on the building, hahaha.

How have you found the intersection of hydroxyzine, benzos and THC? I've found it to act a lot like using soma instead of hydroxyzine from the 125-250mg range (for the hydroxyzine specifically).

I'm also curious, how would you say methadone synergizes with diazepam? I have never encountered methadone but I'm fascinated by its long duration. Does it elicit any euphoria relative to things like kratom, oxycodone, tianeptine, mitragynine, or 7-OH-Mitragynine?

1. I use to dose alprozalam 3x a day and now just dosing twice a day of diazepam that is, the alzam i just always have a few laying around for when needed or wanted lol. And just prefer the less dosing and diazepam has a lot of properties that alprozalam doesn't have, mostly use alzam for attacks or comedowns that or lorazepam. That instant fix.

2. Not sure about synergy but in the relaxing department, especially like muscle relaxing properties, the 2 together almost always guarantees that my body is at rest. I get no euphoria from it not even if I just jump up to 120mg a day, nothing, just extra sedation. But with my opiate/opioid background use, it takes a lot and only certain ones are still worth the effort.
