Absolutely shit weather today, hovering around 30°F all day, wet and windy. The kind of cold where you start combining curses, ala "son of a motherfucker!" Lol. But yeah, not even mad to be working on a day like this one.

The day's concoction, same as all the rest:

Coffee
Nic vape
100mg lamotrigine
60mg fluoxetine
5mg apixaban
40mg dxm
75mg methadone

They've been upping my ssri and mood stabilizer gradually over the last couple months, and I'm definitely much more stable for it. Whatever neuro/metabolic changes with age that have allowed these kinds of medicines to start actually benefiting me, I dunno, but I'll take it lol. Holding off on any thc until this evening. Delayed gratification and all that.

There's some evidence of dxm being a potentiator for opioids, but it varies a good bit from person to person. Not sure if it helps, but it doesn't hurt lol.

@Psychlone Jack I read this article that showed 60mg DMX helped to lower methadone dose as it kept plasma levels high of the methadone so you can drop. And then dosages over 120mg was shown to help drop tolerance and with wds. Will try get the thing I readPsychlo

Yeah my guy is usually so quick but its gotta be a hiccup in the mail with presidents day or something. Still hasnt arrived and its pissing me off. Im actually down a fair bit now, im starting to get high off the 7OH again instead of just barely getting well.

The worst part of it is that 7oh is so expensive that i spend SO much more just trying to stay well while im out of dope.

Started the day with 50mg of elvanse a cup of decaf with oat milk and I FINALLY have some distillate in again after running out a few weeks ago. I've missed indoor vaping so much. Life is so much easier to navigate when you're stoned.

Planning on taking some 4-aco-dmt tomorrow and can't decide if I want to skip the elvanse or not. I'd rather not be feeling stimmy when I'm trying to have a chill afternoon but I also hate being groggy when I'm tripping and I've got shit to do in the morning. Well anyway.
